Latest Homeowners Insurance Reviews
I like our insurance company because they treat everyone like family. They are so friendly and helpful and always try their very best to help you. A lot of these companies don't even remember your name but our insurance company always greets us by name and with a smile.
It's great so it's hard to think of anything I dislike about the company. I guess if there is anything lower rates would be nice. It is a bit expensive.
What I like about the company overall is their values and mission to give excellent care and customer service to every customer possible.
I have not yet had any problems with the company. Maybe they are not the best-rated company, and we will have to see whether they jack up my rates after the first year.
It's super easy to work with. I have never had an issue that just hung around for a long time, always resolved within a week. And my bills keep going down as I stay with them
A mobile app can help you with its agile and highly effective manners to remain in touch with your customers
I dislike that there has been miscommunication between my actual agency and the higher agency that they deal with. One time we showed a lapse in coverage because of an error in the computer system. Obviously, this was very unsettling, but it did get sorted out quite quickly.
The things I like are the friendliness of the staff, the community office, and the customizable insurance options. They offer the ability to bundle different types of insurance.
I am very satisfied with KFB. I feel like I have found an insurance company I can stay with for many years. Rates are fair and I am treated as a valued customer. Looking for Insurance is exhausting and all insurance is expensive, no matter who is providing it. With KFB I feel secure, that is I have a claim I will be treated fairly. The corporate culture at KFB promotes excellence in the work done and how customers are treated. It shows that KFB has a great training program and top quality agents.
There is nothing I dislike about KFB. Like, everyone, I would love to have top insurance at cheap rates and that just is not a possibility. KFB offers competitive rates and that is all I can ask. I would like to see more discounts offered as the length of being a customer is achieved and greater discounts for no claims.
I dislike the price of their coverage. I feel as if I am paying too much when compared to other companies that I have researched nationally.
The website is fairly easy to navigate. It has good contact numbers which are easily accessible. The site is also clean AND STRERAMLINED which I appreciate
Nothing to be bad to tell about the company
I have always been treated like a valued customer and never had any issues that were not resolved in a timely manner. They are veterans and active duty military friendly with ability to be flexible with many situations civilians are unaware of or able to handle
I don't like the fact that USAA does not have a physical office and I am not able to walk in and do business. Sometimes I want the option to do business in person
The level of communication really could be better if the call center was in the US instead of India
Customer service is decent. I have home insurance at a decent price, and coverage is acceptable. You are able to bundle to save even more money on your premium.
I do not dislike anything about the company. I would recommend them to anyone. They have not done anything negative to impact my opinion.
A very good company in general. Lots of upside and customer oriented strategies.
I enjoy that it's a no frills website and I can find exactly what I'm looking for. Everything is well laid out and I don't have to search for the things I Need. It's all right in front of me.
The company really was there for me when I went through hurricane Irma last year.
Premium is a bit high and the company needs to keep its customers loyal and happy.
Like I said. They are very friendly and know what they are doing. They get things done pretty quick.
I don't have much to go on as I’ve only been with Allstate for a few months. It was relatively easy to set the policy up.
I like that they are they there when I need them and always ready to help. This is important.
I've never had any bad interactions. That would be bad for business if I had. Everyone I talked to was very professional and willing to help me get everything done in a timely fashion.
I dislike being placed on hold by the operators. I also dislike having to fill out the redundant paperwork, even though it is all part of the process.
There is really nothing bad about them. They know what they are doing and I would recommend them to anyone.
The premiums just keep going up. I know this would be the way with any company.
Overall, they are very helpful and easy to get a hold of. I am glad we chose this insurance company because we receive a discount for bundling our home and auto together.
I am happy with the service offered by the company. I have never had a claim on the house so I don't know how well those claims are handled.
Erie I surface has an excellent reputation. They believe in helping the client as much as possible. They want the client to be out of harm’s way all the time.
Of course, I would have to say that I wish insurance was cheaper. It is hard knowing that you are paying for a "what if." It would be nice if it wouldn't be so expensive.
I am happy with the company. They have paid auto claims quickly and fairly. I don't know about the house claims because I have never had a house claim.
I really don't have any complaints about the company. They seem more trustworthy then some of the other popular homeowners companies. They don't raise our premiums if we have a claim.
Customer service needs improvement, slow pace of work with customer service response rate is not that good in dealing with customers need to upgrade this customer service department
I like that they are very professional and kind when I speak to them on the phone. They always take care of my concerns in a timely manner and took care of my claim quickly when I had an accident 10 years ago.
My company has a good reputation and has fair rates in terms of coverage for a home in my area. I have never had issues making a payment
That they are friendly and good customer service and competitive prices.
I like the fact that it has been a hassle free relationship and my costs have not gone up very much. I like being able to not have to worry about finding new coverage or switching coverage.
I like that it is locally owned and backed by a reputable company. I like that I can drive down and talk to a person's face to face and not someone on the phone.
I like it that it is a large insurance company and that they offer a stability in their offers and prices.
Overall I have very few complaints, as State Farm's prices are decent and I haven't had any bad experiences with the company yet.
That's a hard one since there is nothing really that I dislike about them. If I absolutely HAD to say anything negative about them, I'd say that I would like my premium to be a little lower.
There's not much that I don't like about them. The deductible could be a little better.
I guess I dislike some of the things that I have read about where they have delayed payments to people in big disasters that need the money to rebuild their homes. I don't like hearing about the company engaging in tactics I consider to be unethical.
There isn't anything I don't like about it. I do wish they would set up some type of online presence so I could pay online through.
Getting in touch with a phone rep can be a long process and when I have called before the rep was not very friendly. I like it for the most part, as I rarely call.
So far there service has been good, but there have been a couple of times where their hold time was pretty long. I don't like waiting to speak to someone.
This is a great company to do business with, but you have to be pharmacists or related to one to get the benefits.
There is nothing that I dislike about this company so far. I have only been insured with them for a little over a year though.
I have not needed to compare them to other companies, and so they seem fine to me. But it may be time to do a little better research.
I think I would prefer an insurance company with more local offices in this part of the country, and who has a better understanding of local building materials.
