We have been with the company a long time and have always received prompt service. One agent even called us to see how our move to another town went.
The only thing I have been unhappy with was that when our agent retired, his replacement did not last long, but the company quickly assigned us another agent.

Usaa is trustworthy and ethical. 2 things that aren't often found in business. I made sure when my children were born that they got usaa numbers of their own so they'd be able to use the services for life. I think that speaks volumes.
USaa takes care of military and their family they have a great attitude always help always kind

But I've been paying for ten years, and I could pay for another 50 more, and I'm paying for the possibility of damage, and if there never is any, I get no return on it. So it's not the company itself. Other than that, the site constantly reminding me about bundle stuff. Which I don't need.
