Usaa is trustworthy and ethical. 2 things that aren't often found in business. I made sure when my children were born that they got usaa numbers of their own so they'd be able to use the services for life. I think that speaks volumes.

So far the customer service has been great. When our dishwasher machine sprung a leak, they immediately sent out an adjuster and he provided a full agreement that we were covered. The floor was replaced and we got a new washer.

I don't really dislike anything about the company. They are pushing to become more automated but so is everyone else. For now, they still feel like they "know" me and that's what matters.

USAA has slowly been adding fees to all their services and dent that the fees are the new addition and their customer is trained to pretend that the fee we're always being applied. I have been a member of USAA since 2001 and I am well aware there were not added fees before.

the decline in customer relations. If I came onto the company now I probably wouldn't notice but I have been a customer for 15 years so I have experienced the decline it is frustrating.
