Farmer's Insurance
I have always had a pleasant experience with my home insurance company. I would give it a rating of 5. They're easy to contact and responsive to requests.
The reason I went with the company I currently use is because I already had auto insurance through them as well. I was able to receive further discounts by bundling my policies together.
State Farm
I have not had any notable encounters with them beyond my adopting the policy. Nothing eventful has caused my to reach out to them so I can't speak for their customer service quality.
Erie Insurance
I have had no problems with this company. They have always been forward with information and helped me with claims and billing questions. Pretty straight forward with no complaints.
State Farm
I have enjoyed very good service from them for many years, for both my home and auto insurance. I have never had to file a homeowner's claim.
I am unaware of the specifics on this, I know that we are getting good coverage at a good price as compared to the last policy that we had with another company.
I have never really shopped around for other insurance, but I am happy with the rate I am currently paying so I am satisfied.
Erie Insurance
They are the lowest priced company our insurance guy can find. He works with many companies. Yet we do not suffer from bad coverage or bad customer service.
State Farm
State Farm insurance gave us a discount because they also insure our cars. The deductible is fair.
Liberty Mutual
I have the same insurance company for my home also, but i didn't cliam any of my home bills still now, i hope that for home bills also i can claim immediately.
State Farm
We had a home roof leak and state farm had an adjuster out here taking pictures and handling my claim. i received a decent check right away and i am so thankful it all worked out without hassle.
I don't like geico because they want you to add anybody who lives with you and has a valid driver license to your policy. people should be able to get whatever insurance they want no matter who they live with.
Universal Insurance
Universal insurance has been serving customers for many years and continues to do so. their history helps us feel better about doing business with them.
State Farm
Their mobile app doesn't load properly or crashes my phone. It seems easier to just use the website to make any claims.
State Farm
Overall I am happy with our agent and the insurance company. There is a trust relationship between us and them that I'm sure isn't the case for a lot of people. It is nice having this type of experience.
Since I have not had to file a claim or update any policy coverage since switching to this company, I do not have any dislikes and hope to not have any in the future.
North Carolina Farm Bureau
I like that I can easily find the phone number for my agent, but the most important feature is the ability to pay my bill online
I love the app and website because it is so fast and convenient. Having an online chat feature saves me the trouble of calling and getting agitated. But the biggest thing I like about Geico is the price. It is by far the cheapest policy around, and I love saving money. I don't care what the insurance covers. The only reason I keep home insurance anyway is that I am mandated to do so, so I might as well keep the cheapest one.
It went really quickly and was pretty painless
State Farm
Nothing to dislike at all, I am very happy with my insurance company and with my policy. I have no real complaints to make about them at this moment.
State Farm
We haven't been disappointed yet. We haven't had any bad runnings. Every time we've dealt with an agent it has been great.
Farmer's Insurance
It is easy to find help. They help us so quick. There is no real confusion. They explain things very well. The price is not bad at all.
Farmer's Insurance
Can't really say that I dislike anything but High Payment.
I would recommend buying Met Life Home. I was laid off over 10 years ago and had a hard time paying bills. I talked to Met Life about and they helped me find an insurance company that covered the basics I need for a mortgage and had a reduced cost.
I would recommmend geico insurance to anyone who is looking for comprehensive and affordable home insurance
I would recommend Allstate because they are very friendly and quick to respond. We have our home and auto through them and recently filed an a total loss auto claim which was paid out quickly.
State Farm
I would recommend them because they take care of me and I feel confident my needs will be met. I feel that everything I have will be protected.
Liberty Mutual
Filed a homeowners claim for roof damage on our home early last year - first ever claiming anything with Liberty Mutual and only the 2nd time ever filing in 20+ years with anyone. Never missed a payment. We had not received any renewal quotes this year (June 1 renewal date) and received a letter from our mortgage lender this weekend explaining that our escrow will be extremely short and we will be billed for it because of the significant difference in last years Insurance premium vs. this year. My friend called today and our premium went up by 100% - $1000 this year. So unprofessional to not send any notice and to jump it 100% increase from one claim - WOW. Needless to say, we have switched to another company.
I would recommend Progressive as a home insurance company because they are cheap and easy to ise .Ive never had any problems usinf the company.
I do not have any complaint s about my company at this time. The price is reasonable and the service is good
They are a well known and courteous company. Have always given me excellent service.
