State Farm
I like the bundling packages that state farm provides, it helps getting covered from all angles whether it's home, car, or health insurance.
American Family
American family did not pay for damages which were covered under my policy. they refused to correct the issue or be of any assistance in trying to make things right. they sent a check for the adjusted damage claim and refused to do anything further to ensure the damages were accurately repaired and priced accordingly.
Allstate
The agent that i work with from my insurance company is extremely knowledgeable and pleasant to work with; she puts changes to my policy into effect quickly and always does appropriate follow-ups.
Auto Owners
Overall I think they have friendly customer service with representatives who treat you with respect and understanding. They are also cost-effective, and time efficient. I did not feel like I was being rushed through anything, nor like they were lacking quality in restoration to save money, which was a huge concern to me.
Auto Owners
The company communicates coverage well and premiums and discounts are very reasonable. The company has a good reputation for being fair in settlements.
Cincinnati Insurance
I am not unhappy with services. I wished that they wouldn't send a notice for premium when our mortgage lender is supposed to pay that.
State Farm
I do not have anything negative to say. I have had no claims and I am not unhappy about my premium so I cannot say anything bad about the company.
American Family
I feel we are paying too much for what we are getting. We don't even use them but we have to pay for them and our money goes down the drain every year.
