Latest Home Insurance Reviews
The company state farm has been reliable to not only me but to my family as well and other friends.
They are not always consistent with their policies. the pricing and details sometimes change based on where you live and your demographics which makes it sometimes misleading if you are referred by someone else.
Their premiums have gone up consistently in the last few renewals. it's enough that i might not renew with them this year.
The company's service has been great - very prompt, to the point, and the staff has been very polite to us and has left at ease about our insurance.
I like that there are multiple ways to get a hold of someone within the company. you can call, email, or even chat online with an agent if need.
The premiums go up and up and up every single year. Some years the jump has been as much as 19%! In ONE year!! In fact, my premiums have doubled probably in 5 years. Calling them is useless.
They offer good rates and were recommended by my broker. She has been with them for 8 years and they have always provided good service and customer satisfaction.
Every time I have a question or a problem my agent helps get it corrected. In the two occasions that I have filed a claim (all of the insurance policies go through the bundle) the claim was paid quickly and seamlessly.
I like the simplicity of the company's website. I don't have to search around for any of the information I am looking for. However, there isn't much to find on the website. If I wish to do much more than paying my bill or view policy details, I need to contact my agent. I would like to be able to answer some simpler questions or do some of the easier fact-finding tasks on the website.
I'm not aware of a mobile app for my insurance company. The website is ok. It often doesn't have updated information and it's difficult to get detailed information. I don't believe I would use a mobile app for my insurance company as it's not something used very often so I wouldn't waste the space on my phone.
The premiums are low for the amounts and categories of coverage which I have. Since I bundle, I save even more. They even threw in an umbrella policy for 150 dollars per year.
I will give my insurance company a 5. They offer discount because I am military, also more discounts if I own more than one insurance with them.
Well if all the separate points are okay then it is obvious that the total is okay too. So I'm not looking at other companies, I'll stay for the next 20 or more years.
They do not bother me with trying to get additional coverage. They are polite, fast, and respectful to me. They settle claims in an appropriate amount of time.
nothing I mean they don't have a website and we have not communicated with them recently but that is not an issue.
The size can be concerning and I wonder how I would be treated if I had a claim. I am not sure if they would jack my premiums up or mot
I like how the company tries to work with the customer when an issue arises. I like that they will continue work on the problem until it is resolved.
I have yet to find anything that I dislike about the company. Several families members also have the same insurance company, and they all like the company as well.
Overall i like this company except in terms of premium and the rest of the things are really too good and appreciable
I'm not fond of the mobile app and the password policy, but those are more technical things. So far I have been pleased with the actual company. Also as I said before I have been with them for 20 years as an auto insurance customer, so I'm happy with Progressive.
