As of yet, I am not dissatisfied in any way... nothing to complain about thankfully! I would recommend them to everyone I know!
lowest premium choice of no deductible for higher premium or a couple of other deductibles for a lower premium
I like the claims process and how quick it is. I like their simple website and that they allow direct debit of my checking account every month.
Overall, the only thing I don't like is their website doesn't let me access my policy details. I have to dig through my personal paper files to review my coverages.
I have also bundled with car and umbrella policies and I am very satisfied with all 3 and I will renew again in September.
I like that they are easy to get a hold of, very personable, get me what I need in a timely manner without a headache!
What I like about grange is the fact that they are cheaper than pretty much everyone that I called when I had a bad credit score so that was a great value
I typically do not use the website other than to download my year end statement and there is no mobile app that I’m aware of at this time
We referred at least 5 or 6 people to The Grange and all got a policy with our agent. He didn't acknowledge the referrals.
my biggest issue is I have been with them going on 4 years now and they have yet to lower my rate or even offer to and the customer service is all outsourced
What can I say they did the best they could considering my credit score so I really shouldn't complain much when I look at my premium or anything like that
What I dislike is that they have a lot of hidden things in the policy that I didn't notice at first and of course having customer service calls answered in India
What I like is that they will take people of all credit ranges and give them a pretty fair rate and they have a pretty good website if I need to reprint any documents
At this point I think I could get better with my credit score improving but other than that it’s an okay premium but for sure higher than I had expected
Grange is okay the problem with customer service is that a lot of it is outsourced from India and I cannot understand a lot of what they are saying
The level of communication really could be better if the call center was in the US instead of India
So far no claims have been made so I really haven't had to deal with them over the phone too much I just don't like that it's all outsourced now
Here is the problem with customer service can you say outsourced? that's the biggest Issue that I have you always talk to a foreigner when you want an American
I feel that its a bit high but it could be my fault since my credit score isn't the best and most people wouldn't give me a decent rate anyway
I like how they are professional in all areas. They treat me like a valued customer every time I contact them. There is nothing more I can ask for.
I like everything about my company. They offered me affordable coverage when other companies wouldn't at all so no complaints here.
I like the fact that I have easy access to the documents that I need to print off like my statement or to make an online payment if needed
What I like about them is the price point and the fact that they offer monthly payments which a lot of companies at least around here do not offer for my credit
Really the only thing that I can say is a main positive of this company is the cheap amount of the insurance and the monthly payment option
Negative Reviews & Ratings
What I don't like about the company is that they will need to give me a better rate now that my credit score has improved and I can start looking around at other companies
If I had to say anything I would possibly dislike is that I wish the premium was a better rate. It is very comparable to the larger companies but deep down I wish I could get a better rate. I would think a smaller company has some flexibility.
Where to begin, first the bad customer service, then followed by the fact that they have all kinds of hidden fees in the policy and forget getting them to pay you when you have a claim
