I wish I could file a simple claim like when my roof started leaking and needed to be partially replaced and looking things up online and speaking with more experienced homeowners I made it a point to fix it myself and save money till I could afford to replace the roof. The only thing I dislike is that the only time I hear from them is if a bill is due. I never get updates or reports on anything related to homeowners insurance.

My premium goes up about 5 dollars every 6 months, which I don't understand. I feel if you have no accidents and make no claims your premium should go down if anything.

As I've said I don't have a negative encounter with GEICO company yet. Most of my dealing with them they are very helpful to me and they usually work for my money.

I dislike insurance companies, generally. I am not a huge fan of it. It's an undesirable premium/cost to pay to account for possible damage/destruction to the home. It's hoping for death in order to get a huge payout... Seems like an awful way to live life.

Sometimes, agents can overlook things and are not necessarily trained as well as they could have been. A little more attention to customer service would be nice to ensure that your clients are getting everything that they've paid for.

Dislike that they raise my premium every renewal, even though I've never used them. I've had one encounter with them, and they didn't pay well and I felt cheated. Didn't like the person they sent out to evaluate either. Young, uncaring, unknowledgeable.

I can not think of very many things that I do not really like about our insurance company. I suppose it would be nice if the claims were lower, but they don't seem particularly high anyway, so it's probably okay. Sorry, can't think of very many things to say for this one!

The deductibles are too high and for my mobile home coverage, there is no flood insurance in my area for some reason. I don't live in a prone area to floods but in the event, I need to submit a claim for flood damage I'm out of luck.

I don't really dislike a whole lot about the company. The only area that needs to see some room for improvement is their call system because sometimes it is hard to get through to a representative.

The only thing I may dislike about either company is the premium and coverage. There could be better, more intensive coverage with a cheaper premium but I won't that until I get quotes.

I just hate having to deal with insurance companies. I feel like they are just out to take as much money from me as they can and then when I need to claim something - they will not cover it.
