State Farm
I am completely satisfied with the policy offerings provided by State Farm. All of our needs are currently met. When we checked into other companies, no one offered us anything better.
State Farm
I would say that they are very comparable to other insurance agencies, however, we happen to really like our agent and the fact that he is local, so he can come around personally instead of just a random adjuster.
Liberty Mutual
I would recommend Liberty Mutual to other persons, I have had Liberty Mutual for many years and I have not been disappointed in their service.
I would recommend this company because of all the services they provide and the customer service.
Customer service has been good at Progressive. They were quick to get us set up when we first bought our home.
Allstate home insurance is an excellent choice for most first-time home buyers and homeowners looking for specialized coverage.
I would recommend Allstate to my friends and family who need home insurance. Allstate is an awesome company with great service.
Right now my deductible is $500. I figure I would pay that much just for a service call. I am happy with my premium and deductible.
I like that when i first got nationwide home insurance, i was offered a great rate and discounts on my auto insurance for having multiple policies.
Farmer's Insurance
It would be a good idea if my home insurance company would send out reminders a few times a year about different offers available.
Liberty Mutual
Their home owner's insurance premiums are very realistic and i pay less than a lot of my neighbors do with other companies.
State Farm
Sometimes the website usability can be a bit difficult to navigate, and it’s not that user-friendly. Sometimes it’s hard to pay a bill online.
North Carolina Farm Bureau
I like that my home insurance company has an office that isn't far from my house so that i can visit face to face when needed.
I dislike that they raise my premiums for no reason each year. If I haven't had a claim, they should not raise.
I have no complaints about the company. I have received excellent service every time I have needed something.
Erie Insurance
I pay almost 10% value of the plan per year and still have to pay a deductible. I know that's in line with other companies for the same or similar plan.
I haven't done much shopping around, so I'm not terribly familiar with how the premium compares to other companies. However, I used an insurance agency that compares rates and gets the best rates for me. I trust this agency and so I am satisfied with my premium.
State Farm
I like that my insurance company offers competitive rates and discounts with multiple insurance policies. Whenever I have had a question or needed service, someone from State Farm immediately gets back to me.
State Farm
I believe insurance is a rip-off, but you better have it in case you need it. That being said, I guess they are decent and it is too much work to try and compare their rates with others.
I have not had my homeowner insurance for very long but I believe they are a good company. I have had to use roadside assistance for my vehicle with them and they did a great job.
State Farm
Actually, this is where state farm excels. They have some of the best agents in the business. They are always willing to drop what they are doing and help you. They are also likely to provide you with the best answers right away.
The 1 and only thing is sometimes at night they have people who do not speak English answering their phones.
Erie Insurance
the only thing I did not like about the company is how they want things to be done or improved around your house but only send u a mailed letter. I would have liked a phone call to discuss everything or something a little more. I spend a lot of money to have them as my insurance and I would have liked something a little more from them.
Farmer's Insurance
We used to like our agent but he left. Our home insurance is relatively cheap which is nice but we don't really like much other stuff about our insurance.
State Farm
I would recommend State Farm to others. I have been happy with their customer service. I feel that their products are quite good, and their rates are competitive. I have had positive experiences with our local branch and our representative.
They especially loved Allstate’s long list of discounts. For example: we can bring our insurance cost down by installing a home security system or storm shutters, for having a hail-resistant roof, or for keeping a smoke-free household. There are deals on multi-line policies (like if we insure both our car and our home through Allstate), and we can even get a discount for setting up autopay. All told, there are plenty of ways to save on that pricey Texas premium.
State Farm
My experience with home insurance is a 5. They answer any questions I have and give me all the information I need about my policy.
Allied Insurance
It could be cheaper, but insurance companies are looking to make the most out of their business and as a result, they charge far too much for what they provide sometimes.
I have not had any problems with this insurance company but I have yet to file a claim with them. No issues at all, ever!
National General
It's a great company, they provide great value and competitive rates for homeowners who own all types of homes, and they are responsive to claims and homeowner concerns.
I would recommend this company because the one time that I did need their services they were very efficient and easy to communicate with.
