What I like about the company overall is their values and mission to give excellent care and customer service to every customer possible.
They were able to get us the best price for bundled home and auto. Very easy to work with and I was able to switch over to them through phone and email without having to make a trip to their office. They always reach out to us to make sure we are getting the best deal.

I like the company but, I also think I don't pay enough attention to what other options are out there and I probably should. If I left them it would be a financial decision, not necessarily about anything else as the customer service is good and I have not had experience filing a claim.
I feel like it's an honestly a company who puts my insurance needs first, gives me a fair rate and never treats me like I'm just another dollar sign.

There really is nothing that I do not like about the company, But if I had filed a claim with them that probably might be different, but I do not know. Most of what I have heard from other people who have this insurance that they have been really informative during the claim process, so I would hope that would be my experience as well.
