Farm Bureau
The employees seem to really care and offer a good service.
State Farm
THeir customer service is amazing. Everytime I have called them with some question, they take the time to answer it without hesistation. They know their field very well and go above and boyond to help customers.
State Farm
They are available 24/7 for customer service, when real life events happen they are there for you, when a hurricane made damage to the house they provided costs for repairs and did not increase my monthly payment.
My home insurance company has been average. I have had several other insurance companies in the past, and one is about the same as another. The insurance man that came out originally was kind and humble.
Farmer's Insurance
the life insurance company is very good . and very famous company.
Farm Bureau
I'm completely satisfied with my provider because I get coverage, policies, and premiums that are on par or comparable with essentially any other insurance provider but with outstanding customer service.
Farm Bureau
We have had no issues and they were very friendly. We pay for for our auto insurance in person and they are very nice.
My homeowners insurance is bundle with my car insurance, so the rates are a bit lower. I have not had to file a claim for my home insurance yet. I have filed claims for my car insurance and were great.
State Farm
The insurance company is good and affordable for me and my small apartment. They have a good customer service, and always keeps me up to date with anything changes.
Farmer's Insurance
The farmers insurance is bad service, it is too slow service when the door of my house was broken by the auto.
State Farm
The payment dates are easily changeable depending on your needs or ability to pay on a certain date. they make it very easy to maintain the account.
Farm Bureau
I do not have any problems with my insurance company's website. I go in every month to pay my bill.
Farm Bureau
I like Farm Bureau's website because it is very easy to navigate. I can sign in and pay my bill or look up information very quickly. I don't have to spend a lot of time clicking around trying to find what I need.
They have always been very helpful. I have been fortunate to never need my insurance, but I feel I can count on them if I ever do need help.
I like that they have some very good customer service and they put their customers first. They want what is best for people.
Farm Bureau
We don't have any dislike of Farm Bureau. We have been customers for many years and will continue being customers for the foreseeable future.
State Farm
The package has the standard amount of coverage. I am surprised at how small the deductible is given the relatively large upfront cost I paid of over $2,000.
State Farm
I have no complaints against the company, on the contrary, it seems to me that everything is very good, I hope it continues to be so.
Good customer service, national recognition,
As with anything, I'm sure most people would prefer to pay less. I don't necessarily like that the home insurance portion is higher than other companies I checked, but I rationalize staying with Allstate based on the money saved with auto insurance added in.
Safeco Insurance
I have no reason not to recommend the home insurance that we have. Although it did not cover our storm damage, upon research, we found that other companies would not have either.
Progressive has a user friendly website. the company is huge. They make pretty funny commercials. And if your anything like my husband an I. it would be hard for us to come up with a large amount of cash especially if we were robbed. The option for no deductible was a huge selling factor for us.
Allstate is a national insurance firm that offers personalized coverage for homes, autos, rental properties, recreational vehicles, and more. they have good customer service.
American Family Insurance
Our insurance premium and deductible is a little bit higher than other companies. But I feel that it is worth it for the service that we get.
State Farm
Pricing of premiums and ease of paying when dealing with the local office are the things I like about the company other than that I can't think of anything.
Safeco Insurance
The company has competitive insurance rates and does provide the homeowner with a statement about a month prior to payment being due.
I like that they are always ready to help and I like their prices. It is hard to beat this company because they really want to help people that use them.
I dislike working with insurance companies in general. It is always stressful, and it feels like they are penny-pinching sometimes.
