Latest Home Insurance Reviews

I love the customer service of allstate. they are always available to talk and are very informative about any questions we might have.
Liberty Mutual
They don't have a separate rider for food spoilage during hurricanes. since we live right in the path of irma, while we're grateful to not be calling them for more serious things, we lost a lot of valuable food and we don't seem to have the same coverage that many of our friends do to pay for spoiled food during an extended power outage for a lower deductible than a standard claim.
Century National
I was glad this company was able to sell me earthquake insurance. i called many companies, and most of them would not even sell a policy for a house made of cinder blocks.
State Farm
The website was pretty easy to navigate around. It had a section for frequently asked questions that really helped out and it was easy to find the 'contact agent' button.
Farmer's Insurance
I dislike how none of my premiums have gone down over the years. I haven't had an accident in my car, not claim on my home in over 5 years for both. None in fact for either in the time IÃḃ€™ve had my agent, so it is disappointing to hear that I'm paying more than most.
Liberty Mutual
Customer service has been impeccable since the beginning. The agent I worked with over the phone to set up my policy was knowledgeable and helped me set up the most appropriate plan.
State Farm
The only thing so far that I dislike about them is there is no office close to me it is a inconvenience having to drive 20 miles away.
American Family
Their app is not really widely promoted to me, so I haven't used it much. When I have used the app, I find the layout to be confusing and drab.
This company has been very easy to work with for the past few years. Overall, we would definitely recommend this insurance company and will most likely continue to be customer’s long term.
Farmer's Insurance
Insurance itself is a mafia-style business where we pay perpetually in case something happens. It is unfortunate that insurance companies dedicate so much effort to make sure they pay as little as possible for people's claims. Be moral, please.
Liberty Mutual
its pocket friendly, cheap and works towards satisfying the needs of the client.its affordability makes its the best cover to have for our homes
What I do not like may be that they do not include 100% damage to the home or the structure there are things that are left in limbo but that are because they have policies to meet the demands of customers.
I would defenitly reccomend this company to other home owners. If any one would come up to me and ask I would not hesitate by telling them who I insure my house with.
State Farm
After filing a claim for the first time my rates increased by 20%. They don't have any type of accident or claim forgiveness despite the fact that I had never filed a claim in the 20 plus years I was insured with them. I wish they had some sort of loyalty program.
State Farm
I really dislike that they constantly call and email about everything including sales quotes for things you don't own or for any payments that are slightly late. I also hate that you can't guitar EDM musical a policy over the phone (like when I sold my car.)
American National Property And Casualty Company
I have had no claims during the five years I've had the policy, I can't comment on their reliability; however, I have always received answers to my questions as well as a yearly check for my cash-back earnings.
State Farm
Compared to other insurance companies they have been our agency for many years now. Due to hurricanes other companies have dropped us from time to time.
I would highly recommend Progressive.I've been a customer with them for over 5 years. Before owning my home, I used their renter's insurance. The company has always provided me with the lowest monthly cost.
Country Financial
Their office is not close to where I am, that's the only issue I have, but don't have to encounter this problem too much.
For the most part, I would have to say my customer service rate for Geico would be a 4. I have never had a poor customer service experience with them.
