The only issue I have with them is they are strictly online. It would be nice if they had a couple of brick and mortar locations. I sometimes prefer to talk to a person face to face if I am having an issue with something.

The only thing I dislike is them requiring a hard copy to be sent for changes made to the account. I only need e-mail and in-app notifications/messages.

During our second auto accident claim, it did take awhile for them to total out the vehicle. I am no expert, but even the repairman at the dealership said there was no saving it. Other than that I am happy with my company.

The only knock I have is my premiums on both my home and auto were bumped up a bit from the initial quote they gave me. My wife was in a minor accident a few years back and once they saw that it bumped up the prices a bit. I understand the auto, but bumping up the homeowner's policy seemed like bull crap to me.

I dislike that my deductible is quite high, to get such a good rate. They didn't have great options for lower deductibles. I didn't like how picky Esurance was when I first signed up. They sent a home inspector out, and gave me a whole list or "repairs" that needed to be done on my home in the dead of winter, or said I would be dropped from their insurance. My home is in excellent shape, and no other company ever said these repairs were needed. I had to file an extension because I couldn't do these repairs in the dead of winter. It was stressful, but I got them done and haven't had any problems with the company since.

The only down point to this company is that it is all online and my feelings are sometimes based on assumptions when I do not truly know what the organization looks like or how the employees are treated.

The customer support is somewhat difficult. there are the lot of procedures to talk with the customer support persons. Other than that it is one of the better home insurance company.
