Erie Insurance
On the other hand, the rates for home coverage and car coverage when bundled are very reasonable and allow me to balance my other bills as i am not overcharged with coverage.
Erie Insurance
Happy just wish they gave discounts for not having a claim. They offer this for auto Ins. seems only Fair.
State Farm
I would recommend State Farm as long as you competitevly shopped your insurance policy around.
this is very good insurance company.they offer cheap price with lot of choice for coverage many ways to save money.
Liberty Mutual
I never hear from my insurance company unless it is to send me a bill. I have never filed a claim in over 20 years.
State Farm
After thorough internet research and product comparison, i found that state farm has the most reasonable rates compared to other companies.
State Farm
This insurance provider creates a problem, when we buy the insurance second time, it would increase the cost.
Liberty Mutual
I do not like or dislike the company's customer service as I have no need to call the company for a technical issue.
State Farm
I dislike that the same company charges me more than I want them to for car insurance. I dislike that they don't offer me quotes from other companies. I dislike that I'm not sure that I couldn't be paying less for the same coverage.
Overall they are accessible, friendly, professional, timely, and affordable. We have been very happy that we chose them and will continue to use them for the future.
State Farm
I really like that state farm, it values me as a customer and I'm not just a number to them. They are all so friendly and caring to their customers/
North Carolina Farm Bureau
They are always there. This is a small town and my agent is always available and knows me by name. If, in the rare instance that I need assistance and my agent is unavailable, another agent can step in and help me with missing a beat and treat me good as gold.
Erie Insurance
I like the simplicity of the company's website. I don't have to search around for any of the information I am looking for. However, there isn't much to find on the website. If I wish to do much more than paying my bill or view policy details, I need to contact my agent. I would like to be able to answer some simpler questions or do some of the easier fact-finding tasks on the website.
I give 5 points to Allstate because of the customer support is very good comparing top other home insurance companies.I contact them for 4 to 5 times for an issue they response me as soon as possible. The way of they handle the customer is very good.and also it has best financial strength rating.
Liberty Mutual
The premium is about the same I would pay with other companies so, I don't think there is much I can like or dislike.
Farmer's Insurance
I like Farmers Insurance because of their very competitive rates for my insurance coverage on my house, car, and umbrella coverages. I have had no issues with their customer service.
State Farm
My complaints would be the lack of available discounts or other ways to save on overall insurance costs and the usability of the website. If each of the components could be improved upon I would rate the company as superior for customer service and product innovation.
The customer service provided by them as well as the ease of use of the app. Their agents have always been helpful whenever I have spoken with them. Their coverage options as well.
insurance company have no loyalty plan. they are what they are. you need them for your loan. it is good to have for the house. the company just works enough for right now. good enough for me.
Sometimes I have to go there and the reception was a little offensive.. but I'm good with that. the rest is nice for me
In general, i am satisfied with my insurance company and especially appreciate the customer service. I was once even able to speak with someone on Thanksgiving day and they were able to help me.
Farmer's Insurance
They provided a quote same day and have more coverage than competitors at a lower price. THey cover sewer lines and anything attached to the house.
Farmer's Insurance
I would recommend them. Their costs are in line with their competitors. When I call my agent someone always picks up the line and they can track him down.
State Farm
After filing a claim for the first time my rates increased by 20%. They don't have any type of accident or claim forgiveness despite the fact that I had never filed a claim in the 20 plus years I was insured with them. I wish they had some sort of loyalty program.
Farmer's Insurance
farmers are superior to all other insurance groups. helpful, eager to advise and educate, and made the whole experience pleasant and not like a transaction. was very very happy with my experience with farmers
State Farm
Overall I'm satisfied with State Farm. Dealings are typically friendly and the company is professional overall. They do a decent job of offering what is deserved when it comes to claims.
