Liberty Mutual
I don't know what the policy premium for any other companies is. I have had this policy for a number of years and haven't shopped around for a number of years.
State Farm
I cannot think of one thing that I do not like about State Farm. I have been with them for over 20 years and they have helped me through some very hard times.
State Farm
Again, I assume they'd be open and helpful if I ever contacted them. It seems they have pretty good ratings for customer service.
State Farm
I don't tend to access my company's app or website very often, but when I do it's easy enough to use and I can find the information I want without too much trouble.
New Jersey Skylands Insurance
I call in and I am able to easily speak with a live person. What more could you want! No voicemail or phone service nightmare! Also, the people are friendly and if you need to provide the information you can easily scan documents and mail them in.
Universal Property & Casualty Insurance Company
I like the company that is recognized for its responsibility, as well as the speed at the time of covering its obligations and its good attention.
I am treated with respect and professionalism anytime I’ve been in contact with my insurance company. I have no bad things to say about Nationwide.
State Farm
State farms premiums are in the middle of the road compared to other companies. The amount of coverage provided compared to other companies was more compared to the price.
I've only had to call one time to see if we would get a claim on our roof for storm damage. The insurance company's customer service was quick to answer and very fast to set up a time for someone to come inspect the roof.
Amica Mutual Insurance
Many insurance companies are difficult to deal with when presenting a claim and seeking coverage. They often try to find a way not to pay while Amica pays the claims without a hassle. They respond promptly to all inquiries. They offer comprehensive coverage.
Liberty Mutual
For me, personally, I dislike having to negotiate over a claim, no matter how amicable it is done. I understand the insurance company is in business to make money, and so for me, it is a necessary evil.
I don't feel I receive personal service and the last time I had a claim, it was delayed due to my agent not understanding or caring to understand the actual situation.
State Farm
The process was fairly quick and painless and the cost is pretty good compared to others' policies. I would be okay with recommending it to other people based on my limited experience.
State Farm
I know that a deductible of $1000 is considered a good deductible, but I hate the fact that we even have to have a deductible at all. It seems ridiculous that we have to pay such high premiums and then when something bad happens, we're still responsible for the first $1000 of whatever went wrong.
Farmer's Insurance
I so far dislike nothing.
Friendly and polite service, a reasonable rate we can afford, good app so I don't have to worry about finding an insurance card or how to contact the company since all I have to do is find a computer and log in.
I dislike how it seems unorganized, how sometimes they seem rude. I also dislike that when they come to do the adjustment they don't take into the full amount it takes to fix a roof so I'm not even breaking even.
State Farm
No accident forgiveness options
State Farm
I love the customer service department of our insurance provider. they are always so friendly. they are very quick to respond to any questions or come even we have.
The prices are outrageously excessive if you live in an area prone to home damage, at some point it is just cheaper to move.
State Farm
Every few years they will call you to make an appointment for you to come in an re-evaluate your insurance. they will go over all the insurance you have with them and make sure you are getting the best coverage and discounts that you can receive.
