Latest Home Insurance Reviews

Horace Mann Educators Corporation
I get a bundle deal. They wrap my home, auto, and car all in one. I like this bundle better than other options I have researched.
Auto Owners Insurance
Our initial agent for Auto Owners lost their qualifications to write business with the company. The new agent had to rewrite our policy instead of taking over the existing policy.
Travelers
Every year price for the home and car insurance goes up and up, they blame that in the same area the claim rate is rising. It's their all-time excuse. However, they are still relatively low compared to other insurance companies.
State Farm
Interaction and communication with State Farm exceed my expectations. I have never had any trouble getting a hold of my agent with questions that I have.
Foremost Insurance
Foremost has everyone beat on this. They call you, email you, text you, whatever they can do communicate every step of the claims process. It was so efficient and the money is in your account within 3 days after the claim rep views the damage and accesses the damage.
Allstate
I like that Allstate is easy to work with. They are all friendly and helpful. They care about us as customers. On top of that, they provide excellent coverage and reasonable rates.
Foremost Insurance Company
I like that I can reach out and talk to the agent when I need to. I like that she explained my policy to me and got back to me with any questions that I had.
Meemic Insurance
I really like this company overall. I have my homeowner insurance as well as car insurance through this company and have been very happy with my experiences.
Auto Owners Insurance
Over-all this company has provided a service that I needed and they have held up their end of the deal. Making payments and contacting the company has been easy as well as navigating the online interface.
Foremost Insurance
You just can't find a better company for the money. You can pay less, but I've heard horror stories from my neighbors who took out policies that cost far less. Well, they received little to no money after Hurricane Irma. I was fortunate and only had minimum damage, not enough to even file a claim. I can only recommend Foremost to my friends who ask about homeowner's insurance on a manufactured home. Don't take the chance of going with a company that will give you nothing or very little when you file a claim. Cheap policies are a dime a dozen. Foremost is a great company and stands behind their commitment. One more thing, they did not raise the premiums after Hurricane Irma! Keep that in mind.
Geico
I guess I could complain that they don't have offices everywhere but calling and going online is just as convenient if not more so.
Nationwide
The only negative thing that i can say about nationwide is that they don't have a lot of plans to choose from. they could have more.
Liberty Mutual
We had our water heater break last year. it caused flooding in our basement which had a finished room with carpeting. it took no time at all for someone to come out and check the damage.
Foremost
Understanding the terminology in the paperwork that is received every time the policy renews can be difficult, even for the most seasoned homeowner.
State Farm
Sometimes the website usability can be a bit difficult to navigate, and it’s not that user-friendly. Sometimes it’s hard to pay a bill online.
State Farm
They were good and fast about getting my hail damage assessed and paid out a few years ago. That’s really the only thing I've had them deal with. The adjuster came out and did his thing and I didn't even realize he came...
Progressive
The coverage is fair and covers what I need in case something were to happen to my house. I think it is good in comparison to other companies.
Foremost
They are always the highest, but they offer the most bang for the buck. I get full replacement value on my home if it is destroyed as well as other structures attached and furnished
Farmer's Insurance
I have never needed to use my company's website. I have visited the website when shopping around for insurance initially. It was easy to navigate and informative.
