Latest Home Insurance Reviews

State Farm
great coverage.. competitive pricing. great customer service
the deductible is a non issue it lets me keep my rate down and it is not a problem that is the best part of it
I honestly have no idea how it compares. The monthly payment is one that is comfortable for me to pay so I've never bothered shopping around.
State Farm
I would recommend State Farm for home insurance because this insurance company is very affordable and provides superb coverage for home owners and their homes.
I have never had any problems with Allstate, but have also never made any claims. We review our policy annually and believe we are adequately covered.
Alfa Insurance
their customer service is consistent and top-notch, the premiums and deductibles are low and flexible enough to be competitive and attractive, and the policy is extremely useful and reliable to have.
State Farm
I believe their offerings compared to other providers is probably exactly the same. There really isnt a whole lot of variance between the major players.
State Farm
I would recommend this company to anyone who would like to have home owners insurance because they have always did me right and I have not had any problems with the policy or the cost at all.
The deductibles are very similar to what i had, however the premiums are much lower. The deductibles for add-ons might be a little higher, but I did not buy any so I am unsure.
Inlove our home insurance agency. It is a local agency so the vibe is very community oriented. I never feel pressured to expand my policy or overspend based on what i need.
I give them a 4 out of 5 rating. The office staff at the actual company are great and always treat me right, but over the phone I would give those reps a 1.
State Farm
My home insurance company's customer service is great. They have service all day long. They are always polite and willing to help me.
The premiums are normal. They're not too high, they're not the cheapest, and the coverage is decent.
State Farm
My premium is at a reasonable price and I picked this company because the price was the most reasonable out of the ones that I researched. I am content with the premium price.
Farmer's Insurance
The offerings were very similar to all the other insurance companies so nothing really stood out from the competition. Overall was satisfied with the offering though.
I enjoy talking with their agents because they never make the conversation feel rushed and it seems genuine.
The prices are outrageously excessive if you live in an area prone to home damage, at some point it is just cheaper to move.
State Farm
The staff is always helpful when i call to file a claim. very courteous and knowledgeable. especially in times of crisis.
State Farm
I like that my agent is someone that I can call and I know they will get back to me.
State Farm
The customer service that I have received has been outstanding because of their quick response. All of my interactions with the company has been positive.
State Farm
The website was pretty easy to navigate around. It had a section for frequently asked questions that really helped out and it was easy to find the 'contact agent' button.
I like the company's mobile app because I'm able to look at my coverage and pay my bills just as if I was on the laptop/computer. It appears to help streamline my needs.
I do not really use it much. I think I have been on it once or twice in the two years I have had this company for an insurer. I can say it was fairly easy to look up my payment amount, but that is all I have ever had to do since I have never made a claim.
Liberty Mutual
Getting my policy started was easy because the representative that helped me was very knowledgeable and I felt like he had my best interest in mind. He was able to answer all my questions and suggest a policy with things I needed/wanted.
I don't have any experience with this company besides paying the bill. I can not effectively rate them. I can say that i am happy with what they charge me and the service of my agent.
Mostly self-service features through insurance which works for me. I don't need to have brick and mortar location and can navigate website myself.
State Farm
State Farm
I dislike the way they have handled customer service on a local level. We also had an adjuster who took comps from a city 4 hours away and it was not relevant.
What I like overall is that they have good rates, good coverage, and great customer service every time I call. I can also bundle my car insurance and have even bigger savings
Lack of personal care is my biggest problem. Rates are constantly rising without any explanation. My lower rate for having new efficient appliances dropped off one year without warning and I was told I needed to take care of refiling for the discount myself. When I had my only claim my local rep told me I would have to file it myself with a call center talking to whoever answered the phone each time. I am leaving due to the lack of personal care/ kind human interactions.
Allstate is recommended by me for homeowner's insurance. I've not had any problems with them to make me look anywhere else.
Amica Mutual Insurance
I would recommend this company for anyone that has an older home and can't insure for how much they want to insure it for. It's the best company to go with as far as that as far as I'm concerned.
Farmer's Insurance
I would recommend my homeowners insurance company because they are fast, friendly and very helpful.
The premium and deductible are affordable when compared to those of other insurance policy coverage
Farmer's Insurance
I believe that the company does what I need it to do but there are others that may do a better job. I believe that I can get a better price with similar quality.
Pronto Insurance
that at the moment of calling and speaking with a new person in the company, they do not have and do not fully know the information of the company
State Farm
I like State Farm because they are the most efficient and cost friendly company I have ever found for Home Insurance. I appreciate all the work and time our agent put into working with me.
This home insurance company is different from all other insurance companies because the way of approach will be different for the customers.
The only thing I would say I dislike about this company is that they are not always available. I have to call early in the morning when they first open to get someone otherwise I will be holding forever to get a live agent
