I would definitely recommend this insurance company.I might follow him to another company if he left. He provides excellent service and is always available to speak on the phone with you.
State Farm
Overall I would rate State Farm and my satisfaction of the company and my home insurance policy at a 5, so that means I would absolutely recommend them.
I would definitely recommend Travellers for home insurance. They seem to have reasonable rates and a standard level of coverage that should suit most people. They also provided me special riders for jewelry and valuable belongings.
Customer Service with this company overall, is quite good. They pick up the phone and transfer you correctly 9 times out of 10 and seem to get assistance to you rather quickly.
State Farm
I would and have recommended State Farm to friends and relatives because they are awesome to work with
I have not much occasion to interact with their customer service, but on the brief occasions where I have, they have been helpful and courteous so I have nothing but positive things to say at this point
We have not yet needed to contact Progressive for any claims, but their customer service has been great when dealing with them in regards to policy questions and billing questions.
Farmer's Insurance
I would reccomend this company because they truly care. They have more than fair prices and they are timely with all of their business dealings. They did what they say they'll do and in a timely fashion. Highly recommend.
Amica Mutual Insurance
Amica's adjusters seem to be independent contractors and always seem to want to deny claims. also, they seem to require a lot of paperwork to get coverage through them.
State Farm
Overall i would recommend state farm. the insurance coverage is great and you also get a discount if you have other policies through them. while there is great effort made on their behalf, they fulfill my needs.
Fremont Home Insurance
They do not have a local agent in my area.if something happens and i had to make a claim i have to wait on an adjuster to come here from one of the bigger cities which takes a bit longer.
No problem with communication, I am notified when a bill is coming due, is paid, and whenever I make any changes online.
Safeco Insurance
The website is easy to navigate. I can pay my bill online so that is a plus, other than that, I normally just call my agent if I have any questions.
State Farm
I can email my local agent in the morning and I have a response by mid-afternoon. If he can't help us with the problem immediately, he at least acknowledges the email and that he is working on it for us.
I am currently unaware of what the premium is for our policy. We recently moved and I have not gotten a look at the policy that my husband chose for our home. I am sure that is comparable if not better or he would not have chosen it.
It has good offers overall as compared to the average insurance company. Easy to receive quotes and start the insurance.
They're there when I need them they paid quickly. And they did it increase my braids with the claim. They did the job that they had to do. No complaints.
You can do so much on-line with them, plus I know from hitting a deer and totaling my car that their claims process is very quick and easy - they take care of virtually everything for you.
