I LIKE THAT THEY ARE ALWAYS THERE FOR US WHEN WE NEED THEM. EVEN THOUGH THE WEBSITE ISN'T THE BEST, I DIDN'T TAKE OFF A POINT FOR THAT BECAUSE I JUST CALL OR EMAIL MY AGENT FOR ANYTHING I NEED AND HE DOES IT IMMEDIATELY. IT'S LIKE HAVING A PERSONAL INSURANCE ASSISTANT. PREMIUMS HAVE ALWAYS BEEN GOOD, HAVEN'T RAISED AS MUCH AS OTHER PLACES I HAVE HEARD OF AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS BEEN AWESOME.
it is a great company, it really does care about the customers at the end of the day. It is quite bit pricey on the wallet But you absolutely do get what u pay for and it is so worth the customer service and overall service you receive
I like that the price is reasonable and that there is a local agent in my area. I can get there in less than 10 minutes and there is always someone there to answer any questions that I have.
I like that I have my own agent who I truly believe has my best interest at heart. I do like the web interface as it makes life easier and it is super easy to use.

They are everything anyone could ask for out of an insurance company. After purchasing my new home in a different state i was mortified about having to move to another company but to my relief i was able to stay with them. Any issues or problems are always quickly resolved and they are always polite and courteous.
Anytime i have had a claim, it is swiftly dealt with in a timely manner. Anytime i have ever had any questions or concerns, the answers have been provided as soon as i call. They are always willing to work with me and help me in any way that they can.
I really enjoy its easy to use format and how simple it is to navigate it. It is also very pleasing to look at.
Not really sure about other premiums from different companies, i have been using the same insurance company for over a decade and have never had any issues with them.

I actually have never had any bad experience with Country Financial. The only downside was they were remodeling their office when I first signed up. That's finished now and was a very, very minimal complaint. I really can't ask for anything more.
Everything that I have already said. They have always been there when I needed them. I have gone through a few agents and they have all been excellent.
They have been friendly and easy to work with. They don't seem to raise my price which is a big thing for me. They always answer the phone when I call and are easy to talk with and ask questions of. I feel we are getting a good service for a good price with this company.
The service center for claims is very fast. Is a well established company. The company has very competitive rates.
The rates are good, and that is the saving grace of this company as their customer service has been below average and the fact that they cannot seem to keep a representative on a long-term basis is a bit concerning.
We have had so many different agents assigned to us do to turnover in the company that often we do not know who to contact and even if we get a contact the are geographically not very near to us.
My insurance agent has never contacted me even after we have submitted a claim. They have my name wrong in their office database and I have had a policy with the company for 40+ years.

THE ONLY THING I CAN THINK OF IS THE WEBSITE. IT WOULD BE NICE TO GO ON THERE AND MAKE CHANGES I NEED TO MAKE OR CHANGE PAYMENT OPTIONS, ETC. I AM SURE THERE IS SOME SORT OF OPTION THERE, BUT LAST TIME I CHECKED THEIR WEBSITE WAS LACKING COMPARED TO OTHERS.
I cannot say that I dislike anything at all about this company even with it being pricey a bit it is a great happy company, I love it!
The only thing that I dislike is that it seems that my rates always seem to go up every 6 months or so even though I have never filed a claim. I don't understand why they keep going up. I figure they would go down.
Just like everything I wish I could have the same Quality of Service with the less financial cost to me. I do wish that I would be contacted more about when I could reduce my insurance level on older cars and such.
I don't really have anything negative to say about the company. I guess their online could be more up to date like a lot of other companies are but they are a company that is big on person to person contact which I appreciate and understand.
I wish their web presence was better than it currently is and a mobile app would be nice as well. Other than that, I think their management and staff are a little old and reluctant to try out new things which will hurt them in the long run.
I dislike their high premium rates compared to bigger names like Progressive and Geico.
