Latest Home Insurance Reviews

State Auto
My home insurance company offers a good selection of options for home insurance. They have several options to choose from, for what people are looking for.
Farmer's Insurance
I can't compare the difference with other premiums or deductibles as I've never used other home insurance and have had to make a claim outside of Farmers.
I am satisfied with the premium cost per month but my deductible is a bit higher than I would like. I think that it is worth it thought, because the coverage is really good.
I would recommend to my family and friends about this company. I did not have any problems and they seem to understand what my situation is.
I love travelers insurance company customer service. After flooding my bathroom they were quick to respond and very friendly and helpful with my claim
Alcott Insurance
What i dislike about alcott is the co-pay and deductibles with each plan are not good, so the choices between premiums are not affordable and very expensive.
I would rate Allstate as a 3 for Home Insurance. They were easy to get ahold of and talk with on the phone. We had a lot of questions about flood insurance and they were very helpful and informative.
Premium is much less with around the same deductible as compared to Farmers. We shopped a few other companies and the wouldn't even bid it so again I'm just happy to have coverage at a reasonable price.
My insurance company offers the same deductibles as the others. I would give them a 3 in deductibles because they are like everyone else and not much differentiation.
Farmer's Insurance
The premium that I currently have is a very good price since I bundle all together, my deductible is very reasonable considering my premuim rice and so I am satisfied.
Their customer service is usually excellent. The people are polite and friendly, and generally know what they are doing.
Farmer's Insurance
I wish there were more agencies available to visit in person. other than that, everything is fine, and i am completely satisfied.
Liberty Mutual
While they have done what their company policy dictates in the way of providing discounts, the cost of the insurance relative to their risk seems minimal.
Alfa Insurance
Alfa's customer service is responsive, courteous, and helpful when it comes to questions regarding premiums and how to file different types of claims.
Just recently, I searched for other insurance companies for better rates. I found out that Nationwide is just as low as all the others. When you add their customer service, their value is even better.
I have only had experience with setting up insurance and never since, but at that time the interaction was friendly and efficient. I had no complaints at all.
They definitely make for absolute certain that they notify me of how much money I owe them. But in all seriousness they are pretty good with communicating anything going on with my policy in a timely and professional manner.
State Farm
I would have to say that I am satisfied with the customer service. I am also satisfied with the billing and how the bill is easy to read and uncomplicated. I also know that if I want other services, State Farm is there to provide me with a variety of options (life insurance, mortgage etc.).
Alfa Insurance
The last time I shopped for other insurance, the premium was lower but the coverage wasn't as good. I have a higher deductible than other companies offered for fewer premiums but, overall the coverage I have is better.
State Farm
I have noted so much of the bad side of the company. The only problem I have faced with State Farm is the fact that they take so long to receive customer care calls and that is not much of a problem.
State Farm
I honestly have no complaints except that the rate could be a little bit lower. But, that is a consequence of the coverages I selected and a previous claim that I had a few years ago with a different company, so I don't think it's really State Farm's fault.
I feel it is fairly high for the cost of my house. However, when I received quotes from other companies they were higher.
I have never had to use customer service other than if their website was down and I needed to make a payment. The agent we used to get the policy was very helpful when we first got the policy
I don't like the lack of communication. They need to send something more than once per year. In addition, the website needs to be tweaked so that everything is easily accessible all in one page.
State Farm
There is nothing I can think of that I dislike about the company State Farm, I have always had a great and pleasant experience with them.
I do not dislike anything about the company, so requiring me to write twenty words in this box is a waste of time for me, as well as a waste of time for you to have to read what I have written here.
I would recommend getting home insurance because you never know what will happen and why not get it with a big company that you know it less likely to go bankrupt.
Mapfre Insurance
I would recommend MAPFRE for the price if you want to save money but not for the convience of being abel to get a hold of someone should something go wrong. To their credit I have not had to contact them for anything other than information but it was difficult to get a hold of someone at that time.
Farmer's Insurance
I would recommend this to anyone because of their amazing customer service and low prices. Aside from coverage, there's not much else to comment on for a home insurance company.
I actually just purchased home insurance from Geico two days ago. They gave me a lower premium and higher coverage. They also included flood insurance in the price. I preferred them over QBE because they were friendlier, more candid, and didn't run roughshod all over me and explained everything thoroughly. I also liked their online site and app.
Farmer's Insurance
My one major complaint is cost. It is way more expensive than it should be and as with all insurance, I suspect it will be a negative experience if I ever have to use it.
I like that they are a reputable nationwide company, with solid customer support both on the phone and through email, and they have capable reps who can help me through the entire process.
in last 5 years am dealing with this insurance company. I am in comfortable zone with this company.customer service also giving good services at any point.
