Allstate
Right after hurricane harvey, i got an email from allstate that was supposedly about telling people who might have been affected about how to file a claim, next steps, and who to contact for emergency services. about halfway through the email, it switched to being more of a sales pitch, as in "and if this doesn't concern you, now is the time to think about your level of coverage and if you would need more if flooding happened to your home"....or something to that effect. it was a shameless, poorly timed attempt to sell flood insurance rather than a true attempt to reach out to victims of the disaster. it was as distasteful as trolling funerals to try to sell life insurance to the family.
Hochheim Prairie Insurance
I don't have too many negative points to provide about our insurance provider. i suppose it would be better if their office was situated in amarillo over their location in canyon.
American National Insurance
It is easy to pay each month because they set it up so that it automatically comes out of my bank account.
Farmer's Insurance
I am quite satisfied with the level of communication my insurance company gives me. I am always keep updated for any policy changes or better coverage being offered. I have a good relationship with my broker also, so they always make sure to answer any questions I may have as a policyholder.
Liberty Mutual
I really like Liberty Metal’s website/mobile app. It is very easy to find what you are looking for and view your policy. All documents are easy to view and download.
Horace Mann Educators Corporation
We have had a stellar experience with both. As a side note, we recently had a storage shed built in our backyard. Tony answered all our questions, explaining we would have no additional premium expense, and even came out to take photos to add to our policy profile. In every aspect of our experience, they have been outstanding.
State Farm
I would say the have friendly service reps. They call and check on you occasionally, which I think is above and beyond others.
Allstate
I guess the premium we pay is fine, but it seems a little high for our home. I don't know what other people pay for their premium for a comparably priced home, but it just seems a little high.
State Farm
Their policy offering are also great compared to most other companies. They provided way more than what I anticipated which was great.
