State Farm
I don't like that whenever something simple changes on the plan that they have to send a new insurance card. for example i upped my coverage, and they sent a huge booklet to me to see what the differences are. i would like that booklet before i made the decision, but don't think it needs to be printed and sent to me. an online version would be great.
American Family
My american family insurance agent is great. he is always available by phone or email and can make coverage changes effective immediately.
Narragansett Bay Insurance Company
Recently, my neighbor had tree branches fall on their car. the tree is rooted on the far corner of my property, but most of the branches hang over onto their property. my neighbors asked for our insurance company. when contacted the insurance company stood up for us. the tree was healthy, we had recently had it trimmed professionally.
American Family
The only thing I have to say is bad is the website is a bit out of date and behind. I would like the local representative pages to have a bit more information on them.
Farmer's Insurance
I can't really say anything bad. They have taken good care of us
Aaa
I have had to wait on hold for a while when a phone rep had to check with a supervisor about something. They seem to be slow to respond to simple questions.
State Farm
I always want to have an A rated company and Safeco gives good value for an A rated company. I went to a broker, so she looked at several companies at that time and then reviews it annually so I get good value.
