State Farm
We recently had some damage to our house because of a storm. Our State Farm agent, Brenda, is the sweetest. She helped get me in touch with the claims people and told me what I could expect when filing.
State Farm
We got a discounted plan for getting all our insurance from the same provider, It was better class of insurance we could get from other companies for the same price.
Geico
I would say my limited experience with Geico home owners insurance has been positive. I've only called a handful of time for a quote, to sign up, and then to add additional coverage.
Allstate
I would recommend them because they have great coverage options and great prices..haven't run into any issues with them yet.
Geico
i truly love doing business with geico. they are the ultimate best company ever. best rate and awesome customer service
State Farm
We were loyal to a previous company for years but that company lost focus with its clients. Since switching, this company goes above and beyond.
Cincinnati Insurance
It's been comparable to other companies. They offer quality coverage at competitive prices and I like that they're local to our area.
State Farm
One thing we like about the state farm insurance company is that the local office is conveniently located to our home.
Progressive
They have a really merciless late-payment policy. if you're one day late with a payment, they're already prepared to cut off your insurance. they really do not have any tolerance at all for negligence in making payments. strict, but i suppose it's fair.
Allstate
Our representative is very knowledgeable about our house and all of our needs, he is amazing at getting back to us in a timely manner!
Farmer's Insurance
I like that my claim was settled in a reasonable amount of time and I like that the customer service reps are nice, polite and try to be helpful, despite an obvious lack of knowledge
American Family
When i filed a claim, the company not only provided a low claim value they did not represent me when working on the claim. there was a dispute with a third party for repairs and american family was uncooperative.
State Farm
When I called they went out of their way to help me out and get it all set up properly. I have no complaints on this.
State Farm
The customer service team is so friendly and nice. Whenever I have a question they are more than happy to answer me.
State Farm
They keep us well informed when we need to be by sending us the proper policy information. All of the billing is done through our mortgage company. We did have an issue our first year where there was a miscommunication between the mortgage company and the insurance company in getting the premium paid, but my husband made one phone call and it was taken care of immediately.
American Family
I can give full marks over here as they are really user-friendly and understand our concerns as their concerns.
Allstate
All state has great coverage at a much lower rate than any other insurer we contacted after buying our house. I rate it a 3 out of 5.
Auto Owners
I really haven't talked to my agent since we bought the policy 18 years ago. We get a Christmas card from him and he occasionally sends reminders of when the payment is due
Cincinnati Insurance
It is a necessary evil and although I would prefer not to pay it it's hardly noticed and required for a mortgage. The couple instances we have had to deal with them have been satisfactory. It’s just one of those things you don't think about very much until you need it.
State Farm
there is absolutely nothing I dislike about this company. it is a great company and I would recommend them to anyone at all.
Cincinnati Insurance
It is a great company with great reviews from people for many past years. They have great coverages and a fantastic website and customer service. My only complaint is the rise in premium.
State Farm
I dislike that they're higher than everyone else for the same product.
Cincinnati Insurance
We have had a very good overall interaction with this insurance company, and feel that they have always treated us above average
State Auto
I do not like that sometimes it takes a lot to answer the flames and the application does not respond is as if the system collapsed and because that is bad should expand its scope
Allstate
They are an established leader in the insurance game. I've never had any issues with them, whether it is customer service or filing a claim and getting my money.
Progressive
I have shopped around to a few other service providers but have found that the price I am paying is comparable if not cheaper than other service providers.
