Latest Home Insurance Reviews

Farmer's Insurance
I like the fact that our local insurance agent takes the time to sit down with us and discuss our insurance options. he takes the time to help us change something to our policy and is knowledgeable enough to make suggestions to us.
Progressive
The company typically doesn't call me to review my quotes, or even give me rewards for paying on time, i feel left out of the loop sometimes.
Grange Insurance
I am sticking with grange until i get my credit score up since i cannot get a comparable rate for anything cheaper that i can afford at this time.
State Farm
Easy to navigate, easy to understand. The layout is easy for people that may not typically use an app to find their way thru.
Aaa
I like the app for multiple reasons, but my biggest reason is that I get my questions answered without any hassles, weight time, or dealing with knowledgeable staff members. I can do a simple search and find answers to some of the most technical questions and come out understanding the answers completely.
Progressive
I dislike the fact that customer service is not always available. When I call to ask to speak to a rep I can never get through sometimes I have to wait on hold for about an hour to get through to a customer service agent. I also dislike the hold music they have playing.
Aaa
The raised the rates in the last 2 years alot. Called but they refuse to lower them
Allstate
My premium seems to rise drastically each year which is very annoying. I could understand a gradual increase.
State Farm
They're staffed very well and are always attentive to my needs. So I'd specifically recommend my state farm agent in particular, not necessarily state farm in general.
