They are a bit slower with service. Rates are high but they are responsive and handle claims well in my prior experience.

5- ease of communication, in handling claims (rental car damage, vehicle was broken in to). dealing with the adjustor, getting questions answered, helping with the steps in which to complete the claims. getting questions answered on new quotes for adding vehicles. making adjustments to the existing policy. their friendly and make it simple to obtain insurance and feel that we're covered.
All insurance premiums cost the same. There is no comparison. Insurance companies are trash and over-charge for services you will never use.
I would definitely recommend this to everyone because their customer service is really good. They actually listen to you and they provide you the best they can.
We only had about 2 or 3 claims in all these years, but they were solved very quickly without any complaints.
My agent seems to care about me as a customer. The few times I have needed to contact the local office, I have had a courteous conversation that answered my questions accurately.

I do not receive any promotional materials from homesite, which would be okay for some, but the lack of marketing materials and contact from the company leaves me wondering if there are additional options available from the company that i may not be aware that would better serve me or improve my coverage.

I am satisfied with my premium. I searched far and wide and was unable to find a premium that was any lower. Infact, this one was the lowest by around $100.

When filing a claim for water damage, homesite was very empathetic to our situation and very helpful in providing all necessary information to start fixing our home.
It's easy to use, I know exactly what is covered, and they have an app so claims are extremely simple to submit. I can set up auto-pay and it happens automatically I don't need to worry about anything

I can't think of anything I dislike about this company, I have used them for years for auto and now they're insuring my first home and I appreciate the ease and friendliness.
They have only been my insurance company for less than a year, so I have no claims experience with them. This makes me nervous because I do not know if they will be a hassle to deal with if I ever have to make a claim. At least with my previous insurance company, I knew how they were with claims.
I would recommend AAA as home insurance company as I have found them to be reasonably priced with more than enough coverage. I think that AAA is a reliable company that actually keeps the client in mind when making decisions. I also use their car coverage for tow and roadside assistance and have had nothing but positive interactions with them.
