When filing a claim for water damage, homesite was very empathetic to our situation and very helpful in providing all necessary information to start fixing our home.

It's easy to use, I know exactly what is covered, and they have an app so claims are extremely simple to submit. I can set up auto-pay and it happens automatically I don't need to worry about anything

They have only been my insurance company for less than a year, so I have no claims experience with them. This makes me nervous because I do not know if they will be a hassle to deal with if I ever have to make a claim. At least with my previous insurance company, I knew how they were with claims.

I think that AAA is a reliable company that actually keeps the client in mind when making decisions. I also use their car coverage for tow and roadside assistance and have had nothing but positive interactions with them.
