Allstate
Our contact with the local agent has always been a good experience. they have been helpful and friendly whenever we needed assistance.
Farmer's Insurance
It can take a very long time to get in touch with a customer service person or an agent. sometimes when i need them, the waits are long even though to me it's an urgent situation.
Allstate
I am still a bit annoyed that when I first signed up there were several pieces of information that were entered incorrectly. It only took a few calls but eventually, things were resolved.
State Farm
The communication is good and the interaction helps me understanding my policy better than some companies I tried to work with.
Geico
I have only had experience with setting up insurance and never since, but at that time the interaction was friendly and efficient. I had no complaints at all.
State Farm
Progressive's customer service has always been helpful and prompt. They're easy to reach in the event of a problem and readily answer any questions I have.
Geico
It is easy to pay our bills online. The company has super low rates. We have a mobile home, and not all companies will insure them.
Travelers
They are good when I need something taken care of. They seem to have an easy solution for everything. Quick claims and other stuff are a reason I won't leave them.
Allstate
Nothing to compare to other company insurance and in this company was paid an amount is a due method it's very comfortable to me
Allstate
I like how easily accessible the company's customer service is, anytime I have a question all I have to do is make a quick phone call and someone is eager to help
State Farm
The rep is very nice and attentive checking to see how we are enjoying our new home even though that is not in the job description
Progressive
I don’t like that I’m not able to access their mobile app on my older iPhone that I have, but I’m able to use the mobile app on the newer phone that I have.
Allstate
I like how friendly and helpful their representatives are. They always have an answer for my questions and if they don't they find me someone who does. They're also very respectful.
Esurance
I would recommend Esurance for home insurance as I'm using them for apartment coverage. If you have a home you may want a bigger company that will cover more assets and have more readily available customer service.
Farmer's Insurance
I would not recommend them only because of their lack of communication. If they were better about making sure we knew when our deadline was for papers, and being very clear about our options on each policy and did not just sign us up for things we did not need or want, I would maybe give them a recommendation.
Liberty Mutual
From what I have heard, dealing with them for an accident is an issue. I don't believe the rate that I received is even available anymore, so I would probably suggest another company to a friend.
Allstate
So far we have had no problems with our insurance company and we have been with them for almost 5 years.
Farmer's Insurance
Personal contact and quick resolution of open questions. If my main contact isn't available, someone else picks up the work within the same workweek, typically.
American Strategic Insurance
There is nothing I can say that I am dissatisfied with my insurance agency.
State Farm
I like the speed and accuracy of the claims process and the ease of filing and paying Bill's. Customer service is friendly and knowledgeable.
St. Johns Insurance Company
They have an affordable premium, and it is rolled into our mortgage payment each month, which is convenient. In eleven years we have filed one claim, and although it took a long time and lots of negotiation to settle the claim, they did finally issue me a check, and I was satisfied with the amount.
