Latest Home Insurance Reviews

State Farm
State Farm is excellent insurance that ensures the safety of one's home. Good customer service and good rates are why I recommend State Farm.
State Farm
I would recommend them to others as they have insurance to match everyone's needs.
I consistently get updates from them regarding my insurance policy and also get monthly emails about other topics of interest. No complaints.
I have had nothing but great experiences with my local Allstate agent. Their response time and communications with customers if first rate.
I chose Progressive because I am awarded a bundling discount because I have my car insurance and homeowner insurance through them.
National General
Experience has been good with our insurance company. Price is good since bundled with auto. We do shop around and at the moment continue with our current company. We have had a successful claim in the past.
State Farm
I would recommend. I have never had an issue with them and I think the money you pay is so worth it and customer service is such a huge plus
My insurance company has always worked quickly and efficiently with any issues i have had and have resolved all issues to my satisfaction.
State Farm
State farm is so greedy and devious! they charge me an arm and a leg for coverage. never been in an accident and have taken defensive driving. outrageous!
My monthly fee's for coverage is very affordable, i can change the monthly payment due date should i need to.
I cannot think of anything that I specifically dislike. They're phone service may be a bit slow at times when trying to contact them. It may be a bit corporate in some cases.
I was very disappointed that they wouldn't not re-shingle the whole roof. They would only do the back half that half that was damaged. Luckily I knew someone that would do the whole roof for only a bit more than my settlement.
Farmer's Insurance
Anytime we have needed to make a homeowners claim they have taken care of it right away. That is a great feeling, knowing that they are there for you when you really need someone to step in and help you out.
State Farm
I have no complaints about using new York central mutual or their agents. They are a good company and are reputable.
Safeco Insurance
They are responsive but you have to actually call and get a live person before you get a decent reply to any question. And sometimes the person you get has to refer you to someone else.
May premium is a little more than other insurance companies.
State Farm
They processed my claim really fast and paid the amount I was expected to get paid. Overall, I was satisfied with my customer service experience. I had to call them once to ask some questions and they were knowledgeable and helpful.
State Farm
I really have no dislikes. They have been great and I've used them not just for home but also for auto for many years.
State Farm
There is nothing that I dislike about State Farm. I did a lot of research when moving out of state and State Farm actually is superior to the company I was with for 20+ years prior to that (i.e., coverage, premium, etc.)
National General
I like that my home is covered by insurance in case of damage that may occur in my home.
I would recommend this company because ive had great service from them. ive been thru 3 other companys and was never satisfied
The company has been very easy to communicate with and provides a competitive rate with a number of incentives vs competitors. My local office do not engage in hard-selling or up-selling tactics.
Liberty Mutual
I would generally recommend them because they are totally adequate and do all the things that I would look for in an insurance company.
State Farm
It covers 80 % of the damage to the home. So it's nice and very happy with hit and very cheap. The company is well known and reputed so can be trusted easily
State Farm
The company really only contacts us when it's time to renew - there isn't any communication about what we could be doing to protect our home or improvements that they are making to their services. I would appreciate those kinds of communication.
They have excellent customer service and are open to communication through a variety of channels. Their rates are reasonable. It's easy to file a claim and you get paid pretty quickly.
State Farm
I think we might be paying too much
