Latest Home Insurance Reviews

State Farm
I will highly recommend this company because of the good service, the fair monthly payments for a citizen like me.
American Summit Insurance
My only other negative is that the binder has a trampoline exclusion. we have health care so my children are always covered. if we have children that are visiting they can't play on it or their parents must sign a waiver in case of injury.
Goosehead Insurance
We will definitely keep working with our current insurance company. they're not what we're used to, but we are really liking this more streamlined business model.
I am very satisfied with the premium that we pay. I recently received a quote from a competitor and it was much higher, and the policy they offered would be for $1000 deductible. I am very pleased that we have a $500 deductible.
Liberty Mutual
I feel their offerings are comparable to other insurance companies, though probably not any better.
Saferoad Insurance
The staff is helpful and always answers my questions just how i need them answered. they are very respectful as well.
Liberty Mutual
My deductible on my policy is about the same or better than other home insurance policies. They have done a great job on pricing and also explaining the polices I need. They have done a great job on pricing as well.
they have been polite and helpful. There has been so major issues when dealing with them. I trust they will be helpful and quick if an incident ever arises.
State Farm
I had a leak in my home and they were extremely pleasant to work with. They took my call right away and scheduled someone to come out to my house. They were friendly and helpful.
I think the deductible is fair. I have had the same company, so I can't compare at this time with other home insurance policies.I would rate 4 out of 5.
the premium and deductible were very competitive. I was able to compare using several online tools as well as direct contact with other companies. Gieco was the lowest.
We bundle our mortgage and insurance together. We have enjoyed our insurance experience, they are reliable, friendly, and communicate well with us when something arises, good or not.
Alfa Insurance
I will rate Alfa with a 5 star rating for customer service. When I call customer service, the person that answered the phone probably lives in Montgomery Alabama. Just the sound of their voice makes me feel like I'm calling home. 5 stars!
The premium on my house is about $750 a year versus around $900 if I had went with Geico. My deductible is $1000, which is pretty standard.
I would recommend them because they have always gotten back to us right away to answer any questions, but on the other hand I would not recommend them because they keep raising our rates when we have never made a claim.
Liberty Mutual
They aren't the best at providing easily accessible coverage documents. they should modernize their internet preference so that basic questions can be answered on the web.
I have had to make several claims on parts of my home, and each check came in the mail very quickly and without hassle.
State Farm
I don't like that they are so expensive for little coverage and that they have a high deductible.
American National Insurance
They are fast with their claims, their bills are understandable, and their rebates are good.
State Farm
The cost goes up every year. I pay extra because I have a college-age son, even though he is rarely home.
State Auto
I originally looked at state farm and their premiums were through the roof! I looked at other major insurances and no one could beat State Auto and Home rates.
So far there is nothing that I dislike about the company. In general, I would prefer paying less, but insurance is a mandatory necessity where I live, home as well as the car.
Liberty Mutual
They were not obidient they were work slow in their company
My only complaints would be the amount of mail that I get, the difficulty in combining accounts after I got married and the difficulty removing my adult child from my policy.
I really don't have anything bad to say about them. My parents had Allstate so I guess that's why I chose them as well. I think if I went to another competitor like State Farm, I expect to have the same level of customer satisfaction and comparable coverage. The only one that might be better would be USAA.
Safeco Insurance
The only thing I really dislike about the company is that I'm sure they could give me a little more savings but they are a company that needs to make money for their investors.
They have a strong finical rating and are stable in the premium. I feel that are a legitimate player in the market and offer a good policy to protect my home.
Liberty Mutual
I would recommend LM because of their attentiveness and helpfulness when I need something. They offer the same coverage at about the same price point as other companies.
State Farm
The company is well known. They spend too much money on advertising, they are big in the Midwest. Their premiums are expensive and coverage is a little lacking.
The premiums are very high. No more stability with the agent. Not very good customer service.
State Farm
I find that the prices are a bit high! I wish I could get a lower quote with the same people. I may have to many things on my policy.
