Allstate
they're very easy to work with, very competitive, and always available when you need them. One big thing I liked about them was the fact that their employees all seemed pretty well informed.
Mutual Benefit Group
I have received very good customer service from my company. The few times that I have had to call them they have been very friendly and helpful. They never make me feel like they are rushing through the call.
Progressive
The offerings provided by our insurance company seem to be on par with other insurance companies. The rates are hard to beat as well. However we've never successfully worked with them.
Aetna
Aetna, my insurance company, has a fairly helpful online chat service. They respond quickly and answer a range of questions -- regarding everything from policy matter to billing -- quickly.
Allstate
I haven't really looked into insurance policies. I just moved. But from the brief comparing I noticed mine was a little cheaper than others just covered less.
State Farm
So far, state farm has been a good company. my local office calls me occasionally, and wants to check on things.
Nationwide
I have yet to file a claim of any sort but if i did and it was something that was not my fault, it would have a significant effect on premium. it would be a nice if they offered a one time grace for things of that nature.
State Farm
State farm pays claims fast. when there is damage to your home, you can't afford an insurance company that delays claim payments. state farm pays quickly so you can get things fixed fast.
Progressive
It is pretty easy to navigate and to figure out the layout of the site. I wish that I could read my entire plan coverage on the site. That is really my only dislike.
Farmer's Insurance
Very easy to use. No need to remember where your cards, policy info, and paperwork is because you can access it on your phone. Makes paying bill fast and easy.
State Farm
I love that I am paying less for the same coverage and I had a wonderful experience with my local agent. He was super helpful and on top of things
Grange Insurance
I like that Grange is very straightforward with their policies and what they cost. It is very easy for me to access either my home or vehicle insurance policy through one website. I have had to call customer service in the past for minor corrections to the policy and they are very prompt and polite. I would not hesitate to recommend this insurance company to another customer.
Nationwide
When we shopped for premiums a few years ago they had the best actual premium for what we wanted. we have a number of homes cars and a boat so it was the total premium that mattered, not just once the house
Allstate
AllState has done a lot to maximize my savings, and have tried to find as many areas as possible where I can get an Allstate discount. Because of this.
