I have had Allstate insurance for 15 years and I have had a great experience with the ins co. I would recommend to all my friends because of their great service
State Farm
I have had state farm for a very, very long time and I have always had good results. It is really my agent that provides the customer service satisfaction. I have been with him since I was 19 and it is very personalized care.
Liberty Mutual
I'm satisfied in as much as I feel confident we are protected by a reputable company that would pay the claim if one occurred. I can't say they are offering us stellar customer service as they haven't reevaluated our needs recently.
State Farm
My policy is fairly bare bones and has limited coverage and for where I live, the rates and coverage is acceptable. Having to have both flood and homeowners insurance means a bit of a trade off.
Aaa
AAA IS A GOOD INSURNACE I LOVE THEIR RATE AND PAYMENT OPTIONS THE MOST.
Progressive
customer services offered by Progressive has the best services and discounts offered are relatively attracting the formalities for getting or applying for the services are straight forward and no much documentations
Allstate
Allstate has been servicing Fort Wayne and the surrounding area since 1988. Many of our clients have been with us for decades..they’re part of our insurance family.
Allstate
If you must have home insurance, All state is not bad. You should however look into other companies as well, more than 1 more, to see if the rates that they can provide are any better.
State Farm
Every few years they will call you to make an appointment for you to come in an re-evaluate your insurance. they will go over all the insurance you have with them and make sure you are getting the best coverage and discounts that you can receive.
State Farm
There were a few bits of coverage that we're not available without paying a little more, but the basics were there.
Nationwide
My insurance is escrowed as part of my monthly mortgage payments. my bank has dropped the ball a few times on giving nationwide the money they are owed. nationwide has never come after me for the money and has always been patient in working with my bank.
State Farm
The rates are higher now. They tend to sell more than what is needed. Their website is a bit outdated and needs modernization. Some information is hard to find and takes a while to navigate.
State Farm
The premium is a bit high compared to some of the other insurance companies, but the service is excellent. I know I am paying extra for service and reliability.
Allstate
I believe it is a very competitive price. FL is prone to hurricanes and their resulting damage so I expect to get what I pay for.
Progressive
I have not communicated with anyone in person or over the phone. I have only communicated online and I like that they seem to be responsive. I hope they are the same way in the event of a claim.
State Farm
So far so good. Nothing much to complain about. The mail ads are a little much at times, but that' not really a big deal.
Allstate
The customer service reps are not knowledgeable of their product. The wait times are entirely too long for emergency situations and the reps that I have had to talk to in the past have been very dense with steps to take to get claims in.
Safeco Insurance
They are a necessary evil. I need the insurance but I feel that I am being gouged by them even though I should be considered a good customer seeing I have had no interaction with them since I have started the plan. It is easy money in the bank for them I suppose. They are a business after all.
State Farm
I have no problem at all with them but the premium seems to get higher each year.
Aaa
I am always working with the same person. Whenever we talk there is no run around or sideways answer. It's always straight to the point and willing to work through any issues.
State Farm
I really just think that insurance companies are extortionists but with the company I have now, I do not really feel that way. I feel that they put a good face on and try to make me feel as comfortable as possible while they take my money.
State Farm
The price for homeowners insurance in Florida is terrible. I wish my company offered some sort of discount for not having a claim for so long. Prior to the hurricane, we hadn't had a claim in 8 years.
Nationwide
Nationwide not only has very good rates, but in my opinion, they have the best customer service. They have made any clqam I have made easy to handle. They have taken a lot of stress off my back.
Farmer's Insurance
I would recommend Farmers for home insurance because they are friendly and competent and I have not encountered any issues. Overall, I am quite pleased with Farmers as my home insurance.
Geico
My policy that I have with Geico is very rewarding and I enjoy it I have had other insurance policies that weren't as rewarding as Geico's is so for me GEICO is the top choice for me right now.
Allstate
Very strong, financially strong good reputable company.
Liberty Mutual
I think their premium is a little high considering that I have several discounts applied to that premium. I think they could do a better job with pro-active communication to see if any needs have changed.
Travelers
So far I have nothing to complain about, I hope to never have to issue a claim, but I won't have a different opinion until I have more contact with them.
