I love my insurance company because they give me a lot of my bucks and their services are a great accent to every homeowner.
State Farm
State farm insurance has always been there for us. they cover our auto, life, and house insurance. when our roof was badly damaged during a storm several years ago, we had water leaking from one side of our living room the opposing wall. several pieces of furniture were damaged, along with the interior wall. within 24 hours, a state farm rep was at our house, had the roof temporarily fixed, waiving them enough time to send someone else out to give us an estimate. and, within two weeks we had out exterior and interior fixed. in our time of need, our insurance wasn't a hassle, and it offered exactly what we intended it to when we put it in place. point 1: they were there when we needed them point 2: they made the stressful process easy point 3: they were fast about solving our issue
Erie Insurance
There is a surcharge if you pay monthly on your own instead of having them take the money directly out of an account or pay in full at the beginning of the term.
Safeco Insurance
I like that they just came out with a new app. It seems to be a really good app and I hope it does a great job.
Liberty Mutual
There is not much to dislike. The only thing that sticks to my mind is State Farm allowed us to put our cars and motorcycles in a suspended state so we did not have to pay insurance on them and then if we wanted to turn them back on we would just have to call and activate service for that weekend. We can still do that with our cars but that does not work on our motorcycles.
State Farm
I have only had to call in once to get a copy of my policy documents but it was a smooth experience. I did not mind dealing with them at all.
Allstate
I am satisfied overall because the price is reasonable, the premium is reasonable, the customer service is good, their website is decent. There is very little to complain about. Of course, I have not had to submit a claim yet and you could argue that this would be a true test of their worth.
