State Farm
The state farm insurance company is a famous brand on the unit state, just i trust, that is important that i select.
I had allstate insurance in wisconsin and i moved to the state of florida. all i wanted to do was to switch my insurance from state to state. they never told me they were going to take 2 months premium out of my checking account which totals $500. they told me my payment would be $126 a month and it was actually $236 a month and it took the $500 out of my account just to get it down to the $236. and all i've been doing is to be on the phone trying to get my money back and they are so evasive.
Easy access to my insurance information via app. vest satisfied to not be calling anytime i need to figure something out.
State Farm
Overall, I like it because it is a bigger company than my last insurance company, with more options available. If they improve their website, it would be so much better!
State Farm
The company’s customer service department is awesome. They were very helpful when I had to file a claim quickly after hurricane Matthew.
State Farm
I always get prompt service and replied to me quickly, I have had agents offer to come to my home to accommodate my needs or to meet me at any other locations where might be convenient for me.
I like USAA because they have a very complete, usable app. their website is a little busy, but the app is pretty easy to use on the phone when I need help.
Farmer's Insurance
When shopping around for insurance this company gave me the best premium compared to other insurance companies for the same coverage.
I wish their website design would be more user-friendly. Some of the pages are not intuitive
When I bought my house I did a lot of research with a lot of different companies that offered insurance and some of the quotes that I got were outrageously expensive. Some were triple what I'm paying now. So compared to other companies, Geico is much more affordable.
No review to give at this time. Have not had to file a claim with them.
They stood by rules too much. When I inquired about my options, they had few (because of age and condition of home) and did not have any flexibility in looking at my situation independently.
American Family
I have not had any negative experiences with the company thus far. My wife had worked with them previously and has been very happy with their services.
State Farm
I like the company because it is popular and well known so I feel "safe" with them and confident in their services.
I wish when people did have a claim issue they could resolve it much more efficiently, like not wait 2 days to give me a call back when its an emergency.
I'd recommend them. The prices are competitive and they were really easy to work with when we needed to file a claim. They also paid the claim fast and checked in with us to make sure that the work was done in a timely manner and well.
State Farm
The entire process of getting them signed up, and the one claim that I had, was not a big deal. The premium is right and I can't say enough about them.
I would most definitely recommend this insurance because of the cheaper deducible and because of the great customer service that id provided.
Allstate came in as the cheapest in my area, so I'm happy about that. But my agent doesn't seem to be the best.
Safeco Insurance
I would highly recommend this company to others. They have great customer service, competitive prices, and are a company that we will maintain insurance with for many years.
State Farm
Overall, State Farm has been a great insurance company for me - they're courteous, they're professional, and they take great care of me.
American Family
Overall I am happy with AmFam as they have always done right by me and my family. The claim process is fairly fast and easy to get through never really had a hassle as far as that is concerned and their support team is always available for any questions you have.
I never used my home insurance since the beginning of the purchased every single years. The last I contacted them regarding the leak of our central AC didn't install correctly and they refused it.
State Farm
I would highly recommend this company to family and friends, which I have. They are top notch in every aspect of the industry. This is a company that truly cares about it's people, and it shows.
Liberty Mutual
I confess even when I had home insurance, I was lucky enough to never use their customer service. Their sales team was pleasant.
State Farm
Unfortunately, it is very expensive to have home owner's insurance where I live. There are break-ins, crime, and water issues. State Farm does the best job keeping the rates as low as possible.
State Farm
It was your task to take inventory of the contents lost and assess the overall damage to your house or building, perhaps with an adjuster provided by the insurance company.
I think our premium and deductible are cheaper than most insurances. We like to look around every year and find that ours is the best priced.
State Farm
I've had the same insurance company for 30 years. I don't shop around for a better deal on insurance ever. I don't know what other insurance companies may or may not compared to my company.
Farmer's Insurance
The provider quote was significantly better than three other quotes I received from providers. They even met me at work knowing I was extremely busy and didn't have time to leave!
