Latest Home Insurance Reviews

This is my first year with travelers, the price offer made me switch , since the annual quote was $50 cheaper than my previous insurance
American Family
My agent does a great job at being available. he gave me his email address, cellphone number, and office and home phone numbers if i need anything
We have okay premium and deductible. It is not too expensive and fair for the price we pay monthly for insurance. I think compared to other companies the deductible would me a couple hundred more.
State Farm
I call in to pay my home insurance and the employees are always nice and are willing to answer any questions that I have.
The prices are reasonable and the coverage and protection are very economically worth it. Also, the customer service is very good. I have both home and auto insurance with AAA.
State Farm
I would recommend state farm to anyone looking to switch their company because they have such a great customer presence with the brand. They are always there to help and will continue to be supportive and there for you.
State Farm
State Farm's policy is the best out there. My deductible is lowest with them for the price I paid for insuring my home.
Liberty Mutual
The company premium is also about average. I wouldn't really say its better then others i can get though.
One of the best benefits of having an allstate insurance policy is getting a local agent dedicated to you. your agent can help you find discounts, understand your coverage, learn about the claims process. they have great service and very friendly staff.
State Farm
The agent with whom i deal has been exceptional in taking into consideration my personal needs and circumstances and ensuring that i have the exact coverage i need.
State Farm
Any time that I call my agent's office they are very helpful. They know who I am, they are always courteous and always get me the information that I need.
State Farm
I dislike that at times I speak mostly with his secretary and not to my actual agent.
I am not satisfied that my premium goes up every year. I haven't had a claim so I don't know what else the customer service would be like
American Family
I would say very solid options and they really go out of their way to make my experience possible. I love who I have to work with here. Great service.
State Farm
We have been with this company for 20 years. We are guaranteed to have this insurance - unless we do not pay the premium. That is good to have especially since I am 74 and my husband is 76.
My agent is wonderful! He answers my emails at any time of day and is always happy to meet with me. When I was a new homeowner one of my trees fell into my Spanish-speaking neighbor's yard. I panicked! Luckily my agent speaks Spanish and called my neighbors for me. Turns out all they wanted was to keep the wood, they didn't want to file a claim.
They have pretty competitive prices and their customer service reps are pretty great. I have not had to file a claim for home insurance with them yet, but if their adjusters are like their CSRs it will be fine
Very friendly and responsive to both phone calls and email messages.
State Farm
I think it's one of the best options out there for homeowner's insurance. You get what you pay for, and with State Farm, you pay for quality, and you get quality. I highly recommend it.
Farmer's Insurance
I like that they are responsive and have always been good with claims and no issues as far as raising my rates because of a claim.
This is hard for me to say because I don't have many complaints. I have not had any bad experience yet personally. I dislike the high cost but that applies to every insurance company so I cant truly dislike the company as a whole.
Geico is a great company for all a consumer needs. From auto to homeowners & renters insurance. They provide protection to the customer in the event their are accidents and damages at an affordable price for the policy
Amica Mutual Insurance
Pays for damage to your house and to structures attached to your house. This includes damage to fixtures, such as plumbing, electrical wiring, heating and permanently installed air-conditioning systems
I like the coverage is cheap and they offer what other companies are offering I like the fact that if I did need to process a claim its all done very easily online with pictures taken without having to have someone come out
State Farm
That have been with State Farm for 30 years now. The same agent also. He is still in the same location. Always somewhere I can find him which is very comforting.
