I like the fact that they are efficient and have some of the lowest insurance policy rates around. I like that I can use my local insurance agency, which is only a block away, instead of having to do everything online or drive to another town in my rural area to get insurance.

I am very satisfied with the insurance company, and a good part of that reason is because we have an excellent agent and the insurance agency is very small and local.

I feel like I don't quite have enough control over my interactions with my insurance policy because I have to go through my local insurance agency - which operates on kind of limited hours. Also, my local agency does not have any way for me to interact with them on the web,

It is kind of a no-frills operation but at the end of the day they are very fair with us, they don't raise our premiums every year when we renew and are always honest with us and give us accurate information.

They do offer a better rate than any other providers in the area. The discount that they gave us to insure our vacation home was unbelievably affordable compared to other providers.

They quickly reply to your messages or calls and are eager to work with you. I have an agent that helps me with all the things that are related to my business with them

I hate insurance companies in general, we all know you do not get what you pay for and that the contract is most likely against you

Overall I think they have friendly customer service with representatives who treat you with respect and understanding. They are also cost-effective, and time efficient. I did not feel like I was being rushed through anything, nor like they were lacking quality in restoration to save money, which was a huge concern to me.

On an claim I filed a couple of years ago it took Owners about twenty four hours to respond to me, which felt a bit longer than I should've had to wait but other than that they have been pretty prompt in responding to me.

The only knock on customer service is that we have to go through our local insurance agency instead of being able to deal directly with the Auto Owners Insurance Company. This can create gaps in pertinent information.

I guess I will know when I need them, for now, I have no issues and I have not had any meaningful interaction with them

Is outdated, I actually prefer not to go to their website and deal with them on the phone. I have not tried the app yet.

The only thing I dislike about the insurance company in general is that they are somewhat impersonal when dealing with the company itself and the premium is rather high, but compared to other companies, I like this company.

I dislike that I do have to go through an agent and can't deal with the company directly. If I have an issue in the middle of the night I have to wait until business hours to contact someone at my local insurance agency in order to get anything done or file a claim.

I don't really have many complaints about the company thus far. If anything, I would say they need more available on their webpage and mobile app and would like to see more options for lower deductibles.

The company has a fairly boiler plate website with only limited information about the company. There is no way to interact with my policy through it. They do not have a mobile app.

I don't think the insurance should be this high, it bothers me because the taxes are not cheap either and the combination of the two makes it really hard to become a homeowner it almost makes more sense to rent.
