I like the fact that they are efficient and have some of the lowest insurance policy rates around. I like that I can use my local insurance agency, which is only a block away, instead of having to do everything online or drive to another town in my rural area to get insurance.

Overall I think they have friendly customer service with representatives who treat you with respect and understanding. They are also cost-effective, and time efficient. I did not feel like I was being rushed through anything, nor like they were lacking quality in restoration to save money, which was a huge concern to me.

On an claim I filed a couple of years ago it took Owners about twenty four hours to respond to me, which felt a bit longer than I should've had to wait but other than that they have been pretty prompt in responding to me.

The only knock on customer service is that we have to go through our local insurance agency instead of being able to deal directly with the Auto Owners Insurance Company. This can create gaps in pertinent information.

The only thing I dislike about the insurance company in general is that they are somewhat impersonal when dealing with the company itself and the premium is rather high, but compared to other companies, I like this company.

I dislike that I do have to go through an agent and can't deal with the company directly. If I have an issue in the middle of the night I have to wait until business hours to contact someone at my local insurance agency in order to get anything done or file a claim.

I don't really have many complaints about the company thus far. If anything, I would say they need more available on their webpage and mobile app and would like to see more options for lower deductibles.

The company has a fairly boiler plate website with only limited information about the company. There is no way to interact with my policy through it. They do not have a mobile app.

I don't think the insurance should be this high, it bothers me because the taxes are not cheap either and the combination of the two makes it really hard to become a homeowner it almost makes more sense to rent.
