State Farm
On the first time to buy the home insurance in state farm insurance company, it is very low cost, that is a good price.
State Farm
The only thing i don't like about my insurance company is the cost. they seem to be somewhat higher than other companies in the area
Georgia Farm Bureau Insurance
My insurance company is conveniently located to my house so if i need help or have questions i can get there quickly.
Nationwide
I do not like that they do not seem to have a large number of available discounts. I have my auto insurance with them as well, and I got a bundle discount, but I am also a student so I was hoping for them to have a student discount as well. Not available.
State Farm
We recently had a tornado hit our home and we had to file a claim. We sent in all the necessary paperwork but never heard anything back. When we called to follow up we were told there was something missing from the paperwork but no one had contacted us to make us aware so we could resolve the issue. This happened 2 different times and delayed us receiving our check to pay our contractor.
State Farm
When I switched to State Farm it lowered my premium. I am satisfied with that but would like it to be much lower.
State Farm
My premium is a little high in my opinion but compared to other companies from which I got quotes, this one was the best deal all around.
State Farm
It's hard to get a hold of my personal agent. You can always talk to the front desk associate but I actually think the actual agent is often too busy to talk or doesn't return your call.
Georgia Farm Bureau Insurance
I really dislike the amount that is given for damages to my house. I don't think they give you nearly what you are entitled to. I believe if you are paying for insurance every year then if something goes wrong with your house the insurance should cover all of it.
Allstate
The company has a decent deductable and is quite good with customer service, which i am very fortunate to have. i give this company a rate of 4 out of 5 stars
Liberty Mutual
I do not use the app but the website could be more intuitive. It also uses complex graphics and I have slow internet, meaning it takes a long time to load on my computer.
Allstate
What I don't like about grange is that they don't lower the rate without calling them and they outsource pretty much all customer service to India
State Farm
They are nice enough people and they are easy to deal with. They haven't done anything to wrong us yet. They seem like hard working people.
State Farm
The rep is very nice and attentive checking to see how we are enjoying our new home even though that is not in the job description
Geico
I like that my company is big enough to not have to worry about them folding and leaving me high and dry. I like that I can make a claim 24/7. I like that my claim after a natural disaster was handled from start to finish in 10 days, some of my neighbors had to wait almost two weeks with their insurance companies just for an adjuster to come out, and some still have blue tarps on their roofs because there is a waiting list on insurance approved contractors to replace roofing.
Peninsula Insurance
Limited online and self-help options. Not everyone wants or needs an app but a comfortable way to access documents and information pertaining to my policy and home would be great, instead of having to call in.
Allstate
I will recommend my insurance company to all my friends and families because I am very much satified with their services and attending claims.
Universal Property & Casualty Insurance Company
I enjoy that they are a reputable company, which is financially stable, and they provide the coverage that I hope I never will need. But if I do, I trust they will be there to help.
National General
I like that I get to work with one person from start to finish. I like that almost everything is covered for a reasonable price and I like the communication they have with me.
Grange Insurance
Really the insurance company don't have so many issues, I like because I can pay with no rush and if something happens they renew
Geico
I like Geico because I can bundle my home insurance and car insurance. Geico allows me to pay within 30 days of my due date without penalty.
State Farm
I would recommend state farm insurance company for any and all insurance needs. I have tried some of the other companies, but customer service is so bad.
