The only thing I dislike is that at some times, getting through to management can be a complete hassle. In addition, talking to the sales people can be a pain point as well.

I use Assurant for my home insurance and they partner with Geico, my auto insurance. I have been a member for many years, my adult children have been members for many years and one thing I can say all around is their customer service is amazing. I don't have a single complaint.

I suppose the premium is a little more than other policies but I chose to max out the benefits simply for ease of mind knowing that if something happens, especially if it's catastrophic, I will be covered and my insurance will handle the loss, replacement of furniture etc. I've been with Assurant for so long I can't even remember who we had prior to them so it's difficult to compare.

I have only called into Assurant's customer service policy to request paper documents. Thankfully I haven't had the need to file a claim. What I will say is the agent's I have spoken with have been so helpful and pleasant to talk to.

Every time I have had to call in, the reps have been pleasant, helpful and wonderful to talk to. I have NOT had to file a claim for my home but I have used their sister company to file a claim for my cars and that was a great experience too. Overall I am pleased with my choice and I recommend them and have too many people.

the only interaction is when the send-up policy updates and renewal information. This has always been on time. and as difficult/easy as one would inspect a policy to be.

I have no idea how our insurance company compares to others; frankly, mobile homes, even ones on their own land, aren't popular with insurance companies so I'm just fortunate to have this one. I have never compared.

I'm neutral about the company because aside from paying the premium we've had no contact with them. Perhaps we should call around to get new rate quotes but I don't see the need. They are just there in the background in case they are needed.

So far there is nothing to dislike. Paperwork comes on time. Updates come on time. Payments are made. Nothing has ever gone wonky. Seems pretty low key to me.

We have never used their app and I think I've been on their website once. It seemed fairly easy to navigate and I was able to research my questions.
