State Farm
I like how they are always willing to work with their customers, no matter what the case may be. they will help you the best way they know how.
State Farm
They paid for my car when it was totaled, granted my car was kind of old, but they sent me a check for the value of the car so it was great
Farmer's Insurance
The insurance company's customer service is fine. Again, they are no different than any other insurance company. It's my agent that doesn't return calls promptly when questions need to be answered or there is an emergency situation.
State Farm
State Farm does often raise the premium on homeowners. Even with no claims submitted, there are periodic increases in their pricing. In order to get fair prices on the premium, I must bundle car insurance with the homeowner's package.
State Farm
I don't dislike anything about State Farm. They have proven their worth to us time after time and we will never switch companies.
State Farm
I like how trustworthy this company is, how honest they are, and how they don't push sales on you.
Erie Insurance
I have not really compared premiums with other insurance companies in a very long time. I am quite pleased with my insurance company and do not really need to compare.
State Farm
Our agent is always willing to help us. We have been with the company for years.
State Farm
i LIKE THE COMPANY CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE RATES FOR THE INSURANCE, THEY SETTLE AND RESOLVE YOUR SITUATION FAST.
Nationwide
I'm kept up to date with any changes to my policies. I'm also notified of potential savings I could be getting. When I'm contacted, I'm not harassed into changing things on my policy.
Utica First Insurance Comany
We like the company at the time, we have not had any problem with the company and the rate has not increased that much. The reasons for the increase was due to the value of our house increased.
Metlife
Overall the company has great customer service. They also have good policies about towing. It's been free to tow my car multiple times. They are friendly and inexpensive.
Farmer's Insurance
I would say that if I have to deal with the company directly I don't think I would be too excited because I think it would not be as personal as dealing with our own agent.
Allstate
I'm not very happy with the Detroit offerings in general, especially for older homes. It's basically impossible to get coverage for the full replacement cost. Allstate's exclusions are pretty extensive and it'll be hard to successfully claim almost any damage to the home itself no matter what happens and even with my riders.
Grange Insurance
I have also bundled with car and umbrella policies and I am very satisfied with all 3 and I will renew again in September.
State Farm
The only thing that I can think that I don't like about the company is the fact that I don't have the ability to change any part of my policy on their website.
State Farm
What I love most is their availability to my dispense whenever needed. I've had several questions both prior and after my initial purchase and they were with me the entire way.
