Farmer's Insurance
They are a local company.I guess that was the main reason we went with them because my parents had them and never had any issues.
Metlife
There is nothing that I dislike about this company at all.
Foremost Insurance
The little interaction I have had with this company has been very professional and friendly. My questions were answered in a timely manner and the people who I have spoken.
Wolverine Mutual Insurance
I also don't like that the nearest office is several miles away. i work with an agent that is local, but if i ever have to go to their offices, then i have to drive pretty far away. it would be nice to have a local office, especially considering that there are so many people here locally that use this company.
Foremost
They are very compensating and care about your individual needs. it is refreshing to have a company that really cares.
State Farm
They are able to provide homeowners, car, life and disability insurance. i can shop for all my insurance needs at one place.
Wolverine Mutual Insurance
Submitting claims is super easy! i had a claim recently and all i had to do was provide some simple documentation and it wasn't long at all before i was compensated for my issues. it was very painless and my agent was able to walk me through everything i needed to do. i don't like that the company charges me to send me copies of my bill. there is no other alternative so i have to pay this fee. to me, it seems excessive and silly to have to do this.
State Farm
I can be in touch with State Farm on the phone, online or in person at almost any point during any day. They are easy to communicate with and expert when it comes to interaction like when coming out to do an appraisal or when I go to the office.
Foremost
Nothing. I would like to see lower rates, but understand why they charge what they do. I would definitely keep them and pay more as we've heard horror stories about how the "other" insurance companies reimburse when you file a claim. Never switching.
Foremost
When I had to file a claim their customer service was excellent, very friendly and knowledgeable employees and very quick to respond.
Foremost Insurance
one of the only companies that cover mobile homes so they have the market cornered and can charge more than necessary, takes a little time to get money or companies out for claims filed
American Strategic Insurance
I wish my premium was lower but I'm not willing to give up coverage or increase my deductible too much.
Nationwide
The website is very easy to use. The layout and structure of the app are easy to use and follow.
Farmer's Insurance
It is familiar and the website is ok, other than that not much. Our insurance agent is decent
Farmer's Insurance
I wish the price will be a lot lower. They really should give incentive to the loyal customer. We had been with them for over 20 years. I think they should give people some discount.
Grange Insurance
I like their culture of helping their customers become whole again. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and always helpful. Its just a one of a kind company.
Allstate
Apart from the great pricing I would recommend the company due to their customer service quality.
Foremost Insurance
I would not recommend this company but again insurance companies do not cover mobile homes especially if you live in a state that has had a bad storm in the past.
State Farm
I definitely would recommend my home insurance to people. It's very affordable with good coverage and our agents office treats us well.
Allstate
I am completely satisfied with Allstate insurance. The company is rated well and is very responsive to any of my inquiries. I feel the premiums are fair and any time I have had an issue it was promptly and professionally handled.
Foremost Insurance
I would recommend this company to anyone who would ask. I am completely satisfied with the entire company and highly recommend it for anyone looking for home owner insurance.
Geico
I would still recommend my insurance company to other people. The customer service may be bad at times, but they are a good company overall.
State Farm
I am highly satisfied. Easy to file claims with and quick and easy responses. Of course, everyone wishes the rates were cheaper but I feel that I am getting quality coverage and like the agent, I deal with.
State Farm
I really haven't thought about what I dislike about State Farm, but I do have to say that I feel at time there might be a better price out there among all the insurance companies, but I have a big worry that if I do go to another company I would be dropped if we had any claims early in the relationship.
State Farm
We have been using State Farm for all of our Auto, Homeowners and Rental insurance needs. The customer service dept. has always been friendly, polite and knowledgeable. State Farm give me the best rate most of the time. and the pocket agent app can be improved.
Foremost Insurance
The easiest and most effective insurance company I have ever purchased from. They are all about the customer service and helping you when you have the need. They are very fair in their claim amount offered, better than any other company out there if you need manufactured home insurance.
Allstate
My insurance agent takes the time to help me understand my policy and periodically contacts me to review it. I feel like she really cares about me and my family.
