I like the Amica website because it is so easy to navigate. I also like the fact that I can locate everything I need to know about my policy on the website.
I like this company because of providing more coverage on damages.
The reason I chose Amica was that my previous company dropped us and Amica picked up us with affordable rates. Amica also offers a dividends check back which makes my premium even less than what I pay annually for home insurance. The customer service is unbelievable and very easy going. Amica rates are not as high as some people think very affordable.
Amica communication is perfect all the way down to sending greeting cards for specials occasions. when there is a change in anything with the company the customers are the first to know about it.

We've had Amica homeowners insurance for over 30 years. We've had incredibly good experience with them in all respects, except for one, which has caused us to decide to switch to another company. The cost of our policy rises by several hundred dollars every year (even after the annual Amica dividend check) and is now more than twice as expensive as every other company we've investigated.

I don't like that their pricing keeps going up every single year. It would be nice if their pricing stayed the same or even decreased one of these times.

overcharge me for their mistakes. Their representative had me on the
phone for an hour working on my policy, and I found out the next week
that nothing he told me was true and my policy had been cancelled.
