Positive Reviews & Ratings
So far I have been very happy with this company. Service has been outstanding and the rates seem to be pretty competitive
I am overall very satisfied with my home insurance company. I have never not had a claim resolved to my satisfaction, and the people that I have had to interact with have always been pleasant and professional.
I like interacting with them because they are kind and reply to me quickly. I have never had an unpleasant experience with them.
The insurance office is ten miles from where we live. Easy to go in and talk with a representative with any question. They do travel planning and you can even renew your driver's license.
This company communication is much better, they guided me well and resolved all my issues
Customer service handles customers very smoothly and provides great help, if we have any doubts they cleared briefly.
I don't think I have ever had a problem with AAA. They have a fair price and can offer many different options. They have always been honest in their answers.
They treat me like a valued "member". I receive a multi-line and/other discounts. Renewal and underwriting are fast and efficient. Associates are personable, helpful and knowledgeable.
My relationship with my AAA representative is of the highest quality. On any type of issue I can text or call and leave a message and I know that I will receive a response with the answer within at least 2 hours.I also like the fact that AAA offers a service to pay car registration fees yearly when the time comes right at the district office. That beats standing in line at the DMV office or even sending in the payment because most of the time I pay by credit card.
I did not like that, when I was shopping for a new insurance policy, I submitted all of the information online, then they couldn't process my information and I had to call to speak with someone
I have no negatives thus far about the insurance company. Saving me money for equal coverage. I have yet to file a claim, but so far so good.
I would definitely recommend to a friend.
Everyone I spoke with while transferring all of my policies over was extremely helpful and very warm and friendly. I would definitely recommend to a friend.
Nothing I dislike. The interactions have been pleasant and there is just enough email communication. I would definitely recommend to a friend.
The main thing I like is the cost. If it would not have so much cheaper I would not have switched companies, but it was so and so far so good. I would definitely recommend to a friend.
Because AAA has a lot of claim representatives it seems like they trip over themselves when they help their customers follow up on their claims. I have personally experienced this issue and sometimes it gets a little aggravating explaining myself so that the person I am talking too can write down additional notes on their log system. But they are personable when I talk to them. Sometimes too personal because they try to interject their personal aspect of the situation. Whenever I file a claim I want the work done and less time on the phone. Some representatives would rather establish a relationship over the phone rather than getting the job done.
But I do like the fact that I can communicate with someone from AAA anytime of the day or night and on any day of the year.
The communication that I have with my AAA representative is of the highest quality. I can ask specific questions about my policy coverage whether it be auto or home insurance issues. The thing that I do not like about my representative is that he doesn't seem to have any type of email etiquette. I do like straightforward and concise answers to my questions. But my representative takes it to another level that sometimes is a bit abrupt and terse in his answers. Sure he gives me the answer that I am looking for but there seems to be no sort of salutations or any type of informal acknowledgments that I think are important in a type of written communications.
That doesn't take away from the fact that I get the information that I am looking for. Beyond that, I do like how responsive he is to my questions.
I recently switched because I thought my premiums were too high. When I switched my home and auto I saved over $500 a year. I would definitely recommend to a friend.
We switched insurance providers this year, so I am currently quite pleased with the service. I haven't had this insurance policy long, I hope to not need to make a claim, but should I need to, I am hoping it will be a good experience.
The local agent that lives within the community. Insurance has the backing of a reputable company (AAA). The insurance is not from a no-name company that will leave me out to dry. I get straight answers whenever needed.
It is a reputable company that my family has been using for years.
They provide a good service for the money, and they don't get all up in your face or up in your business. They stay in the shadows.
They are always available, always helpful and very reasonably priced compared to others. They allow for discounts for 100 different things which keeps me coming back to them always. Never had an issue with the amount of time anything takes to do.
EASY TO DEAL WITH, CHEAP RATES FOR MAXIMUM COVERAGE. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS FANTASTIC, QUICK TO ANSWER QUESTIONS COMPLETELY AND TRUTHFULLY.
I like that they are helpful and reliable. They are very quick dealing with issues and their customer service is excellent.
I dislike that the website is not user-friendly and many times I have to call customer service for a simple payment.
Customer service at AAA is pretty good. I have no issues getting a human on the phone to talk to and the agents are responsible and responsive. The agents also follow through and try to help you.
The app and website are very useful and it was very clear to find the information about my policy and other related FAQ's
We can easily access the customer support by the way of phone, chat, and by mail. Their response is quite satisfactory.
They listen carefully about our problems and try to analyze our complications. We can almost get confirm that, our complaint will get rectified.
I don’t like AAA sometimes because their offices are very busy. I don’t like how I have to wait in line in the offices. I also feel restricted because my house is bundled with my car insurance. Sometimes I wish I can keep my house insurance and shop for a different car insurance to get a better price.
Communication is fine because they send me information in the mail and give me plenty of time to respond. In addition, I like it because I can respond either by mail or online. The letters are also clear about what my policy is and how much my payments are.
I like the app and website very much. It is very user friendly and also adaptable. I can find the information that is related to my policy.
I like the website because it has all the information I need, such as policy detail, payment information, payment history, and I can also print out my insurance information.
I like the company because the prices are competitive with other companies. The agents are responsive and I can get someone on the phone that I can talk to. AAA also has a lot of offices around where I live, so I can talk to someone in person if I want to.
I have called around to other insurance companies, and my premium is generally lower than other companies, especially because I bundle my auto insurance. Although, as far as I am concerned, the premium still seems somewhat high.
I am satisfied with the company of AAA towards my home insurance because it is a convenient insurance to have. I have my home insurance coupled with my car insurance and that makes it very convenient to communicate with my client rep about any aspect that I might have concerning my homeowners insurance.
I love how responsive their customer service is and how they are also very professional. I have very minimum co pays and always get mailed about anything that is being paid through my insurance.
I liked the convience of having a local office in my city. I have gone into the office to pay my bill, discuss changes and to file claims. I have never had a problem talking to the service representative.
I like that the premiums are the lowest around. As this is AAA, I have confidence that this is a good company and will stand behind its customers
Communication is kept to a minimum which is good. We will get notices of premiums due or any changes made.
While one policy might be cheaper elsewhere, the total package premium is much cheaper with AAA
We can usually get accurate info via phone, but occasionally we need to go into the office to be certain of the information. It's just a quick trip down the street.
It's got to be their phone app. The website is okay, and after all, they have so many different things to offer, it's rather a miracle it's as organized it is.
I like the coverage I get and the peace of mind know in the case of unforeseen circumstances in being covered.
They seem responsive for their size, and it's certainly a full-service company, with so much more than insurance to offer: travel plans, auto and personal insurance, discounts at companies for various stuff, education, passport photos.
I sure I can find a lower rate with another company and the insurance agent I have is trash in my opinion.
I like AAA for its office. It fulfills many needs besides my insurance needs. I like that I know my insurance agent's name and that he is usually available.
Until I have a claim I don't know how satisfied I will truly be. So far I believe I am moderately satisfied.
Overall the price of the services are very reasonable. In addition the company was extremely easy to change what is being insured, deductibles and other major pieces.
I would say they offer some of the best rates I've personally seen, and are very prompt at sending out information about your insurance and explaining your policy.
So far I have known and my analysis I have found this one is most convenient insurance company for my need.
I like that I get a discount when having my home and car insured through them and that the payments are paid through my escrow account.
We have search a lot about the claiming benefits and we have to get the confirmation before claiming approval. This procedure is just a little bit long.
This is most affordable premium when compared to other insurance company, they provide the best premium structure and affordable schedule for payment.
I would recommend AAA to my family and friends. I think it does the basic, and depending on your rep, whether or not they will go above and beyond.
Overall reputation of AAA is good and prices are average. Their website is very good and I have never had any major problems in dealing with the company.
I like the website and I like the mobile app because they are both user-friendly and they both provide an experience to help you find what you need and do what you need
Good value for what is paid. Covers a lot of unforseen events. Great customer service always.
I do not like the fact that my deductibles on the insurance are high If I was ever to put in a claim. Sure the monthly costs are low enough but that's at the expense of a higher deductible that I am not happy with.
I have no complaints and the premium is the cheapest I have ever paid
Best rates around for home and auto, bundling is a nice feature.
Negative Reviews & Ratings
I really can not think of anything I dislike about the company. I have been every once in awhile pushed products that I was not interested in but as soon as I say I am not interested they no longer bother me about them
I don't really have any complaints or anything that I feel strongly negative about regarding my insurance company. As I mentioned above, I think that their website could be more engaging and robust, but that's a minor complaint.
There is really nothing to dislike about the company. Our experience with AAA has always been positive and the products they sell are very competitive
I wish it was a little cheaper because I feel I am throwing away money, but it's been pretty good since I have had it, especially with bundling.
There is really nothing I dislike about the actual company. I do dislike insurance overall because it is so expensive and such a sham.
I do not like the way in which you can choose one of the services that are needed to open and close the safe
I have not had good experience with insurance companies in the past. I think the thing that I most dislike is the poor customer service I have experienced with my current company.
Compared to other companies they are quite the big winner and they win the coverage of me and my family and they know what I need and what I want.
I have no dislikes ths far. We have only been with them about 8 months but so far so good
Pretty much the only thing that I like about the company is the price per month that they offer me. If it wasn't such a good deal and such a pain to find a different company, I would've done that long ago.
App support is not on par with other insurance companies, they need to step up the development to ensure that their app is useful and not bothersome.
This one is harder. I have never had to use the insurance luckily so am unable to see how easy they are to deal with at fulfilling their obligations. Ultimately for these reasons I have a 3 because to me that is mediocre which represents the unknown large piece.
I like that I get a discount when having my home and car insured through them and that the payments are paid through my escrow account.
I dislike that the company can be hard to reach at times when I have a quick question to ask.
I have only had one claim, but in that time I spoke with several people. It was like dealing with robots. They had absolutely no empathy or sympathy to the situation and zero desire to act quickly.
The website is difficult to navigate. Finding policy documents, what's covered or not is very difficult to find. If it's something I'm paying for I think, what I need should be readily accessible.
I rarely get any information on update to coverage options or options for financial savings. The information they send just wants more of my investment into their other products. For a better company I may bundle, but not with my current insurance provider.
I dislike the customer service aspect of the company. Not only do they know very little about my house, their response time takes way too long and usually takes me contacting them multiple times before I get a response.
Very clunky and not at all user-friendly. Many times the site chokes and won't accept my payment.
The customer service is lacking severely, turnaround for claims is quite long, and though it is a budget friendly price I believe for what I'm getting it should be even cheaper.
