vHomeInsurance.com is a home insurance, housing, & real estate data analysis service that analyzed long term housing value & income trends between 1980 & 2015 for all counties in the US. Our study had the following key insights:

Methodology & Implications:

Prior economic research has shown correlations between income level & housing prices. This is one of the first studies of its kind to do this at the state & county level. The data was collected from the Census bureau & analyzed to show correlations between household incomes & real estate prices from 1980 to 2015. Income levels & housing prices have impact on items such as home insurance, mortgage rates & also broader societal implications such as political choices. Here are the key variables and the potential implications:
